El presente escrito se acerca al pensamiento teológico de Ignacio Ellacuría desde su realidad histórica. Ellacuría pretende plantear una teología histórica capaz de responder a los postulados de la historicidad latinoamericana desde una teología encarnada que no sea ajena a los desafíos teológicos en tiempos como los nuestros. Una comprensión de la teología histórica deviene de la misma necesidad de la realidad que será elemento fundamental de una conciencia crítica y comprometida. El compromiso del creyente no puede encerrarse en un intimismo desencarnado del mundo y un cerrarse en una dimensión individualista de la salvación.
En el marco de la filosofía existencial de Jean-Paul Sartre, el estoicismo constituye un referente dialógico a efectos de comprender el sentido en que el ser humano es libre y asume su realidad. En sus escritos autobiográficos, así como en las obras filosóficas de corte fenomenológico y marxista, Sartre leerá a los estoicos con la finalidad de definir, con mayor cercanía o distancia, algunas de sus principales tesis filosóficas. De esta manera, desde una perspectiva interpretativa, nuestro interés es evidenciar las diferentes lecturas que Sartre hace del estoicismo en clave de las categorías de asunción y libertad.
El problema que se pretende resolver en este texto es el aporte del diálogo filosófico como unaaventura y experiencia que cura. El texto se justifica toda vez que ante una experiencia filosófica enla que las preguntas fundamentales parecen ser la fuente del quehacer filosófico, aparece el diálogocomo una excelente oportunidad de transformar la existencia y curar los males que aquejan alhombre postmoderno. El objetivo del texto se enmarca en la experiencia vital del filósofo quese ha dedicado toda su vida a dar respuesta a inquietudes existenciales pero que en los actualesmomentos le apuesta al diálogo como la mejor manera de curar los males que nos aquejan. Laexperiencia curativa desde el filosofar transforma al ser humano y lo prepara para enfrentarlas grandes problemáticas de su quehacer cotidiano. La metodología utilizada fue de enfoquedescriptivo en la que las fuentes permitieron acercarse a la argumentación dialógica del filosofar.La experiencia íntima de la filosofía se da gracias al diálogo filosófico que, más que método, es unaexperiencia que posibilita la relación conmigo mismo, con los otros y con las cosas a través de lapalabra, la razón y la sensación que surge en el devenir mismo del diálogo; esto es lo que lleva aentender el diálogo como una experiencia que cura y transforma. Por medio del diálogo filosófico,se logra un autoconocimiento que tiene el poder de curar, sanar, reparar y transformar a la personahumana, al “hombre de carne y hueso”.
En este artículo se analiza el humanismo de Jean-Paul Sartre y el antihumanismo de Michel Foucault, para abordar, así, la discusión sostenida entre estos dos pensadores. Foucault critica a Sartre por construir su filosofía a partir del concepto de hombre. Sartre reprocha a Foucault su escasa originalidad y el descuido de la historia. Trataremos de mostrar los sesgos que alimentan las posiciones foucaultianas y sartrianas. Mientras que Foucault realiza una lectura apresurada del humanismo sartriano, ubicándolo en la episteme moderna; Sartre orienta, a partir de sus convicciones políticas, las descalificaciones teóricas en contra de Foucault.
