El presente reporte desarrolla aquellas complicaciones maternas que pueden restringir la lactancia materna pudiendo ser temporales o definitivas. Enmarca las complicaciones inmediatas por la falta de información como aquellas patologías que la contraindican, culminando con las sustancias que pueden no ser beneficiosas para el neonato.
