Objetivo: analisar os efeitos de fitoterápicos no tratamento das dislipidemias. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão de literatura com pesquisas nos idiomas inglês, português e espanhol realizadas entre 2017 e 2021 disponíveis nas bases de dados PubMed, Scielo e Google Acadêmico. As pesquisas elegidas limitaram-se a seres humanos, sendo classificadas de acordo com seu nível de evidência. Resultados: os estudos apontaram a eficácia do Allium sativum L. (alho) na redução do colesterol total (CT) e do colesterol da lipoproteína de baixa densidade (LDL-c), além de promover ação antitrombótica e auxiliar na redução da agregação plaquetária. Linum usitatissimun L. (linhaça), nas formas de semente, pó, biscoito e óleo, demonstrou benefícios na redução dos níveis de CT, LDL-c, lipoproteína de alta densidade (HDL-c) e triglicerídeos (TG) devido ao seu teor de fibras e ômega-3. Avena sativa (Aveia) também apresentou resultados positivos na redução nos níveis de TG, LDL-c e não-HDL-c por conter alto teor de fibras solúveis do tipo beta-glucana. Conclusão: os fitoterápicos analisados apresentaram resultados satisfatórios para a redução e controle das dislipidemias por atuarem no equilíbrio do teor de lipídeos circulantes.
Objetivo: avaliar a gestão do controle e prevenção da obesidade na perspectiva de profissionais da atenção primária no estado do Pará. Metodologia: estudo transversal e característica descritiva, realizado com profissionais da saúde das unidades de atenção primária no estado do Pará. A amostra foi selecionada a partir do critério de existência do programa crescer saudável (PCS) e o Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF), apontados pela secretaria de saúde pública do estado. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de um questionário autoaplicável online com informações relativas à atenção nutricional. Os dados foram tabulados em planilhas do software Microsoft Excel®, com aplicação de análises descritivas. Resultados: Participaram do estudo 15 profissionais, quanto a realização do mapeamento do território e/ou Mapa de saúde do território, foi indicado que 60,0% realizavam, 73,33% realizavam análise de dados/diagnóstico dos usuários e do território e que em 53,33% das unidades a equipe discute internamente os indicadores de Vigilância Alimentar e Nutricional do território. A ação de Vigilância Alimentar e Nutricional (VAN) mais adotada pelas unidades é a realização de aferição do peso e da altura e cálculo de IMC (80%). 33,3% relataram a presença do programa Linha de Cuidado do Sobrepeso e da Obesidade. A estratégia prevalente no tratamento do sobrepeso e obesidade foi o cuidado nutricional (86,6%). Conclusão: Destaca-se a falta de conhecimento e discussão pelos profissionais sobre programas e indicadores, assim como a ausência de mecanismos para avaliar a satisfação dos atendimentos realizados nas unidades.
ResumoObjetivo: Analisar, através de revisão literária, as alterações comportamentais e modificações nos hábitos alimentares desencadeadas pelo isolamento social durante a pandemia do covid-19. Método: Realizada pesquisa bibliográfica na base de dados SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) e Google Scholar com as palavras-chaves hábitos alimentares, comportamento alimentar, pandemia, COVID-19 e seus correlatos em inglês. Mediante a pesquisa, foram selecionados 4 artigos, com o período de publicação delimitado de 2020 a 2021 e nos idiomas português e inglês. Resultados: Os estudos apresentados evidenciaram o agravamento do estado da saúde mental de pessoas que já apresentavam algum transtorno psicossomático. Além disso, a ingestão alimentar de produtos industrializados aumentaram durante o isolamento social, alterando gravemente os hábitos alimentares, que, relacionado às alterações da saúde mental durante o isolamento social, pode contribuir para o desencadeamento de modificações perigosas no estado nutricional e mental do indivíduo. Conclusão: Destarte, vê-se a necessidade de novos estudos que avaliem e relacionem o comportamento alimentar e mental durante a pandemia de Covid-19.
