This qualitative research case study aims to describe how the subjects participants in the intersectoral Education, it is still usual to have a gap separating the "teaching world" and the " labor world" 1 .This dichotomy is usually due to the fact that both managers and practitioners define their priorities not considering the availability of the Higher Education Institutions (HEI) that give the courses in health topics, without listening to the students or the social participation and control stakeholders, and not infrequently the universities program their activities with demands alienated from the true needs of services.To have an effective change in the training of health professionals implies transforming the anti-democratic and divisive practices that are still hegemonic in the formal process of teaching and healthcare, using conceptions that aim to incorporate comprehensiveness principles in their diverse directions: personal/professional, services organization and the development of policies and programs in this direction, trying to ensure the building of comprehensive care pathways based on users' needs 2,3 .In the last decade the Ministries placed their bets towards inter-ministerial structural actions for health and education, as mechanisms to promote the shifts in direction of the health training. Among these actions the National Program for Re-orientation of Professional Training in Health (Pro-Saude), launched in 2005, aims to foster the process of training, knowledge creation and health service delivery, to mobilize a shift in the stance of the stakeholders that compose the so-called 'Quadrilateral for Training in Health' 4 , in order to assume a comprehensive approach to care in the illness-wellness process 5 . Within these prerogatives, the Pro-Saude is based upon the proposal of reciprocal engagement of HEI -"teaching world", and service institution -"labor world" -oriented towards the development of articulated activities, coherent with local realities, and observing the guidelines of the Brazilian National Health System as well as the National Curricular Guidelines (NCG) for health 5,6 .The theoretical foundations for these strategies are linked to the educational process that aims to social transformation, and is supported by the relationship between contents and reality, meaning that the integration teaching-healthcare is only feasible through the analysis of the true conditions of the subjects, their historical and social context [7][8][9] . In this perspective the pedagogic space is not limited to the classroom, but integrates the experience of the world of labor, in its different practice settings, loaded with learning events but needing to be reconstructed in a pedagogic fashion according to the creative and critical interplay of the subjects involved in the process 10 . Estratégia saúde da família e análise da realidade social: subsídios para políticas de promoção da saúde e educação permanenteFamily health strategy and analysis of the social reality: input for policies for promotion of health and permanent educationResumo O artigo discute a análise da realidade elaborada por equipes de saúde da família, sintetizando resultados de estudo com abordagem qualitativa realizado em três municípios da Grande Florianópolis. O objetivo foi investigar se e de que maneira a análise da realidade social e de saúde era feita e como contribuía para a proposição de ações de promoção da saúde e de educação permanente. Observou-se que a promoção da saúde era confundida na maioria das vezes com prevenção de doenças e a educação permanente com educação continuada, estando ambas pouco presentes no trabalho dos profissionais. Destacou-se nas equipes um "espírito" educativo e preventivo, com visão predominantemente da educação como transmissão unidirecional de conhecimento. A realidade social e de saúde era pouco analisada, não resultando, na maioria dos casos, em proposições de ações de promoção da saúde, nem havia processos de educação permanente. As práticas de registro de dados pelos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde tinham caráter de cumprimento de obrigações burocráti-cas, embora as necessidades de cuidado e de prevenção suscitassem ações com caráter educativo. Concluiu-se que a educação permanente inexiste nessas equipes e que sua introdução pode contribuir para ampliar o entendimento e a prática da promoção da saúde. Palavras-chave Promoção da saúde, Educação permanente, Políticas de saúde, Atenção primária Abstract The results of a qualitative study, carried out between 2007 and 2009 in three cities of Greater Florianópolis into the reality of the family health teams are presented. The scope was to investigate if the analysis of social and health reality was conducted and to what extent it contributed to the inclusion of local actions aiming at health promotion (HP) and permanent education (PE). The results showed that HP and PE, respectively, were being confused with disease prevention and ongoing education and were seldom present in the work of the professionals. Also, they revealed an educational and preventive "spirit," with a didactic approach based on unidirectional transmission of content. Social and health reality were not analyzed in depth and in most cases did not create effective actions to promote health, nor were there processes of permanent education. The practices of recording data by the Health Community Agents were merely compliance with a bureaucratic necessity, although healthcare and prevention require actions of an educational nature. The conclusion reached is that permanent education does not exist in these teams and its introduction can contribute to broaden understanding of health promotion practices.

O Sistema Único de Saúde exige novas habilidades na gestão em saúde coletiva, incluindo efetivar a participação social e a resolutividade da assistência. Esse artigo relata uma experiência de planejamento estratégico situacional, vivenciada no curso de enfermagem da Unochapecó, no segundo semestre de 2008. Como atividade do Pró-Saúde, buscou-se analisar a aplicação desse planejamento como ferramenta de gestão na saúde coletiva. A partir dos problemas priorizados foram estabelecidas as seguintes metas: formação e atuação coerentes com a estratégia saúde da família, ressaltando o diagnóstico situacional e a programação de ações intersetoriais em parceria com a comunidade. Apesar da resistência de alguns trabalhadores à mudanças, destacam-se como aspectos favoráveis: reuniões semanais das equipes, existência de conselhos locais de saúde e iniciativas de ações educativas na comunidade. Esse exercício fortaleceu nos estudantes competências de comunicação, liderança e tomada de decisões, aproximando atores do ensino e do serviço.

A análise de dados guiou-se pela proposta operativa constituída pela etapa exploratória e a interpretativa. Resultados: apontam o diálogo estabelecido na relação pedagógica como um desafi o a ser enfrentado no ensino prático-refl exivo, para que professor e estudante construam uma relação que estimule o pensar e o agir no contexto teórico e no campo da prática. Conclusão: Ao imprimir um tom dialógico-refl exivo na relação pedagógica, o docente abre caminhos para novas descobertas, o que possibilita a criação de espaços de ensino-aprendizagem estimuladores da autonomia, das habilidades e das atitudes críticas e refl exivas dos estudantes no decorrer de sua formação. Resumo OBJETIVO Aplicar recursos da tecnologia PRAXIS® para classificação de pacientes e dimensionamento de profissionais de enfermagem em unidade de internação de hospital universitário. METODO Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial seguindo as fases de concepção e instrumentação - definidos tema e objetivo da pesquisa, realização em uma unidade hospitalar de clínica médica envolvendo 633 participantes; perscrutação - classificação dos pacientes durante 30 dias de junho de 2016, seguido de dimensionamento; análise e interpretação dos resultados-elaborada com suporte da teorização de gestão em enfermagem hospitalar. RESULTADOS Realizadas 633 classificações e encontrados 29,38% pacientes em cuidados mínimos, 35,71% cuidados intermediários, 33,02% alta dependência, 1,42% semi-intensivos e 0,47% cuidados intensivos. Para realização do dimensionamento utilizou-se duas referências; em ambas a equipe disponibilizada mostrou-se deficitária. CONCLUSÃO Classificação de pacientes e dimensionamento de profissionais de enfermagem estão diretamente relacionados, são indispensáveis para gestão em enfermagem e de difícil realização cotidiana. Tecnologias informatizadas são úteis para realização destas atividades.

Leptospiral immunoglobulin-like (Lig) proteins are of great interest due to their ability to act as mediators of pathogenesis, serodiagnostic antigens, and immunogens. Purified recombinant LigA protein is the most promising subunit vaccine candidate against leptospirosis reported to date, however, as purified proteins are weak immunogens the use of a potent adjuvant is essential for the success of LigA as a subunit vaccine. In the present study, we compared xanthan pv. pruni (strain 106), aluminium hydroxide (alhydrogel), and CpG ODN as adjuvants in a LigA subunit vaccine preparation. Xanthan gum is a high molecular weight extracellular polysaccharide produced by fermentation of Xanthomonas spp., a plant-pathogenic bacterium genus. Preparations containing xanthan induced a strong antibody response comparable to that observed when alhydrogel was used. Upon challenge with a virulent strain of L. interrogans serovar Copenhageni, significant protection (Fisher test, P < 0.05) was observed in 100%, 100%, and 67% of hamsters immunized with rLigANI-xanthan, LigA-CpG-xanthan, and rLigANI-alhydrogel, respectively. Furthermore, xanthan did not cause cytotoxicity in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells in vitro. The use of xanthan as an adjuvant is a novel alternative for enhancing the immunogenicity of vaccines against leptospirosis and possibly against other pathogens.

Objetivo: objetiva-se relatar e provocar reflex�es sobre a experi�ncia desenvolvida junto ao programa de extens�o de um curso de gradua��o em Enfermagem e sua inser��o em um servi�o de educa��o permanente em sa�de hospitalar da regi�o Oeste de Santa Catarina, Brasil. M�todo: para tecer essas reflex�es, fundamentou-se nos pressupostos da pol�tica nacional de educa��o permanente em sa�de, do Minist�rio da Sa�de, Brasil. Com o prop�sito de qualifica��o das unidades hospitalares, foram propostas tr�s a��es educativas: implementa��o do programa nacional de seguran�a do paciente; implanta��o e implementa��o do processo de enfermagem e capacita��o dos trabalhadores para o desenvolvimento de boas pr�ticas de enfermagem. Resultados: os princ�pios da pol�tica nacional de educa��o permanente em sa�de v�m contribuindo como ferramentas no processo de trabalho, e as mudan�as institucionais desenvolvem-se a partir das a��es desse programa. Conclus�o: apesar de a aproxima��o entre ensinoservi�o potencializar a autonomia dos profissionais de sa�de, alguns desafios s�o recorrentes, como a rotatividade de funcion�rios nos setores e a infraestrutura adequada para o desenvolvimento de atividades.
