Objetivo: desenvolver um aplicativo móvel assistencial e educativo para triagem e gestão do Transtorno do Espetro Autista na Atenção Primária. Métodos: estudo metodológico utilizando o modelo Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation e Evaluation. Dividiu-se nas fases: levantamento de informações (revisão de escopo e de literatura); design e sequenciamento dos conteúdos; adaptação de recursos didáticos. O software Elo foi criado para os sistemas Android e IOS em plataformas de design gráfico, considerando os usuários (profissionais de saúde) e o público (lactentes). Para desenvolvimento do protótipo, seguiu-se as etapas: planejamento, análise de requisitos, codificação e desenvolvimento. Resultados: Foram produzidas 45 telas de acesso do software ELO: login, menu, diagnóstico e link da caderneta da criança, tela de M-CHART-R-definição. Conclusão: O desenvolvimento do aplicativo móvel ELO apresenta-se como importante ferramenta educacional e assistencial para acompanhamento do crescimento e desenvolvimento infantil, identificação precoce e gestão do Transtorno do Espectro Autista na Atenção Primária à Saúde.
O acompanhamento do crescimento e desenvolvimento é uma excelente prática de assistência estruturada na Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Criança. Tecnologias em saúde, como a Caderneta da Criança, corroboram a essa prática e favorecem o cuidado infantil. O objetivo do estudo foi identificar e mapear as tecnologias em saúde para acompanhamento do crescimento e desenvolvimento de lactentes. Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo fundamentada pelos pressupostos do Joanna Briggs Institute segundo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews. O protocolo de pesquisa foi registrado no Open Science Framework (https://osf.io/2b5sz/), sob identificação DOI: 10.17605/OSF.IO/2B5SZ. Foram analisados artigos, teses e dissertações em 11 bases de dados nacionais e internacionais utilizando o mnemônico PCC: P População – Tecnologias em saúde; C Conceito - crescimento e desenvolvimento; C Contexto - lactente. Os critérios de inclusão foram pesquisas que obedeçam ao objetivo do estudo, publicadas online, na íntegra e sem limite temporal, e os de exclusão foram editoriais, ensaios teóricos e estudos duplicados. A partir disso, foram selecionados 61 estudos para compor a amostra, publicados de 2018 a 2022. Os resultados mostraram que quantos às ferramentas, a tecnologia assistencial correspondeu a 48%, destacando-se as tecnologias duras (84%) e prevalecendo a fase de implementação. Ademais, as tecnologias destinavam-se em 41% para profissionais de saúde, enquanto os aplicativos destinavam-se principalmente para usuários com foco assistencial. Assim, apesar dos desafios financeiros e de integração, a implementação de tecnologias favorece a acessibilidade e qualidade assistencial e, portanto, melhor qualidade de vida.
O estudo teve como objetivo descrever as evidências do uso da Ferramenta M-CHAT-R/F, presente na Caderneta da Criança (CC), para detecção precoce do risco de Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) na Atenção Primária em Saúde (APS) através de um estudo de revisão de literatura. Para isso, foram selecionados 06 artigos nas bases de dados SciELO e PubMed no mês de setembro de 2022. Utilizou-se como critérios de inclusão: artigos completos, nos idiomas português e inglês, publicados nos últimos 05 anos que versassem sobre TEA, tecnologia em saúde e APS. Além disso, utilizou-se para referencial a Lei n. 1.130, de 05 de agosto de 2015 e a Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Criança. Foram excluídos os artigos não relacionados ao tema TEA e APS, incompletos e publicados há mais de 05 anos, além de dissertações e teses. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram convergência quanto aos sinais de alerta no neurodesenvolvimento, que devem ser percebidos desde os primeiros meses de vida até por volta de 3 anos de idade. Além disso, evidenciou-se que o M-CHAT é o instrumento mais exato para triagem precoce e acompanhamento dos sintomas do transtorno, apresentando alta sensibilidade e confiabilidade. Dessa forma, o questionário pode ser aplicado por diversos profissionais de saúde como parte da consulta de puericultura para avaliar o risco de TEA. No entanto, há possibilidade de diagnósticos falso-positivos, além de a abordagem do TEA na CC ser limitada, bem como o uso da CC é reduzido tanto por profissionais de saúde quanto pelos pais, dificultando o cuidado.
