No presente artigo, buscamos delinear a emergência do cenário de combate ao que tem sido chamado nos tensionamentos acerca das questões de gênero e sexualidade de “ideologia de gênero”. Pretendemos identificar, a partir de uma análise genealógica foucaultiana, quais são as relações de poder e os regimes de saber/verdade que dão sustentação a esse fenômeno. Como foco de análise, nos debruçamos sobre os discursos que permeiam/compõem os projetos de lei apresentados no Congresso Nacional voltados à proibição da chamada “ideologia de gênero” e à instituição do Programa Escola Sem Partido nas principais diretrizes educacionais brasileiras. O objetivo é demonstrar que as articulações de forças conservadoras moralistas no Congresso acionam e são acionadas por pânicos morais em torno da presença das temáticas de gênero e de sexualidade no âmbito escolar, bem como, evidenciar o que se esconde e se mostra por detrás desse processo. Por meio de nossa análise apontamos que longe de figurarem como mecanismos de repressão, essas proposições têm uma função dual de poder, tanto jurídica como produtiva, que se articulam no sentido de proibir os temas de gênero e sexualidade na escola, por um lado, e, por outro, reiterar um determinado “regime” de poder-saber-verdade sobre o binômio sexo-gênero que sustenta/reitera a matriz heterossexual. Sugerimos que os projetos de lei se tratam de dispositivos jurídicos centrados na imposição de um silenciamento tagarela, que fala sobre as normas e (in)coerências binárias de gênero muito mais do que as cala.
Neste artigo, discute-se o uso político da categoria “ideologia degênero” no cenário político brasileiro. As tentativas de compreensão dessefenômeno foram mediadas pelas teorias de Michel Foucault e Giorgio Agambenacerca dos entrelaçamentos de poder, vida e morte na modernidade. Evidencia-seo acionamento da noção “ideologia de gênero” no espaço público como umaestratégia de disputa pelo poder político. Demonstra-se que a introdução docombate à “ideologia de gênero” na agenda política nacional contemporâneaalicerça um projeto conservador antidireitos que intensifica a desvalorização dasvidas dos sujeitos ininteligíveis pela a matriz heteronormativa.
