RESUMOA imunização deve ser entendida como um regulador no processo saúde-doença e é uma das formas mais seguras e eficazes de prevenir enfermidades e de reduzir a propagação de doenças existentes. Apesar disso, o movimento antivacinação alcançou uma ascendência mundial, fator que pode provocar consequências desastrosas e moldar o percurso da doença e do cuidado na população. Dessa forma, o objetivo desta revisão literária é evidenciar os dados de cobertura vacinal e discutir as razões pelas quais o movimento antivacina ocorre em um contexto de globalização e mídias sociais, bem como os impactos provocados na saúde brasileira. Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, descritivo, do tipo transversal, por meio do qual foi realizado levantamento da cobertura vacinal brasileira registrados no Sistema de Programa de Imunização -DATASUS, no Brasil, no período de 2015 a 2020. De acordo com os dados analisados, é notório que houve uma redução de 41,72% da cobertura vacinal entre os anos de 2015 e 2020. Conclui-se então a necessidade de esclarecer a população sobre a importância das vacinas e o perigo representado pela não vacinação.
RESUMOA violência doméstica é um problema coletivo antigo e atual, e causa diversos danos para as mulheres. Várias mulheres vivem anos sofrendo violência doméstica e não denunciam por diferentes motivos. Desse modo, este estudo tem como objetivo caracterizar as ações dos médicos da atenção primária à saúde para identificar e acolher as mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica.
