O desenvolvimento de linguagem é um processo complexo e multifatorial que tem sua fase crítica no período pré-escolar, no qual os adultos atuam enquanto mediadores para a comunicação. Sendo assim, é essencial o conhecimento acerca do desenvolvimento típico de linguagem e os sinais de possíveis alterações neste período, além de maneiras de estimular as habilidades comunicativas. Este estudo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência de uma fonoaudióloga residente acerca da elaboração e implementação de uma estratégia de promoção ao desenvolvimento de linguagem infantil no âmbito da atenção primária à saúde (APS). A condução do trabalho se deu através da problematização pelo método do Arco de Maguerez, seguindo as seguintes etapas: observação da realidade, levantamento dos pontos-chave, teorização, hipótese de solução e aplicação da ação na realidade. Como produto foi elaborado um folder contendo informações sobre o desenvolvimento típico de linguagem, sinais de alteração e orientações de estimulação de linguagem infantil com enfoque nos pais/responsáveis e profissionais da Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) na qual se conduziu a intervenção. Nesta situação, a utilização do método do Arco de Maguerez mostrou-se bem-sucedida para atenuar os problemas observados na realidade.
Objetivo: relatar a experiência de duas residentes do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família e Comunidade durante um mês participando de oficinas de arteterapia em um cenário de prática em gestão em saúde. Método: relato de experiência das residentes. Resultados: após a conclusão de cada oficina de arteterapia, as participantes sentiam-se mais despreocupadas e dispostas para a rotina estressante do processo de residência. Conclusão: a participação nas oficinas possibilitou às residentes momentos de reflexão acerca dos temas abordados, contribuindo para melhorar a autoestima, lidar melhor com o manejo de situações desafiadoras, conflitos internos e praticar a escuta ativa.
