Firstly, in the determination of this paper, it is very important to note that so far nothing has been done in this regard, as it is known that a large number of different factors have been influenced. By defining this paper we will explore and illuminate the factors but also the stagnation that directly affects learning and teaching.Also, this paper will analyze the possibilities for implementing and applying an advanced learning format that directly affects this content learnable lessons comprehension by students, in our schools.We will continue to recognize those factors that are effective and have impacted on this area of learning.Students with such problems have a variety of difficulties, focusing on attention, having difficulties in performing tasks and passing quickly from one activity to another etc.These learners also show other behaviors such as: they are often confused, forget things, do not care, do not repeat, develop excessive conversations, or move often in the classroom etc.In addition paper also has analyzed the theoretical and practical aspect of students in learning and teaching.
This study aims to make an in-depth analysis of the prevalence and nature of the phenomenon of Internet use in teaching. The selected grades are grades VI to grade IX which in the literature are known as lower secondary education. The researcher has used the mixed method model, including qualitative and quantitative research strategies. The study involved n = 164 students and n = 117 teachers from eleven 9-year schools in the city of Prishtina, and n = 117 school staff. The results from the questionnaires with students that are quantitative in nature showed that the use of the Internet in schools is an integral part of the schools taken in the study. Most of the teachers stated that they had not received training to deal with the new models of application of technologies in teaching and a considerable part of them stated that they were unsure how to react in case an obstacle appeared in the non-functioning of technology during the lesson. The sample selected in the research consists of a total of 281 respondents, of which 117 were teachers and 164 students. There are a total of 117 employees and leaders of educational institutions and 164 students who will serve as samples.
This paper aims to show how employment growth based on gender equality in the Republic of Kosovo according to different sectors and socio-economic activities bring economic growth and social well-being. The methodology used in our paper is the descriptive method, based on secondary data, which we have provided from the Kosovo Agency of Statistics "KAS" based on social statistics, related to labor force surveys by trimester data of 2020. From where, we have derived relevant statistical comparative analyzes expressed in percentages regarding the number of employees by gender, sectors and various socio-economic activities as well as by the relevant quarters for 2020, including only the age group (15 years and older). Our study aims to highlight the importance of some problems related to the aspect of employment by gender for each sector or different socio-economic activities, according to the relevant quarters of 2020. We aim to show through this paper the connection between employment growth according to sectors and various socio-economic activities, based on gender equality and economic growth and social well-being for a country with a developing economy such as Kosovo. This study is also focused on recommending some important government policies to increase employment according to different sectors and socio-economic activities, based on gender equality.
