ÖzÖğrenme insan yaşamının temelinde yer almaktadır. Öğrenme yalnızca okulda gerçekleşmemektedir. Okuldaki öğrenmelerinin yanı sıra insanlar öğrendikleri pek çok davranışı yaşamın içinde aile, arkadaş gibi sosyal ortamlarda kazanmaktadır. 21.yy toplumlarında var olabilmek için öğrenmenin yaşam boyu devam etmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda yaşam boyu öğrenme toplumsal yaşamda var olan öğrenme etkinliklerinin toplamı olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu doğrultuda yaşam boyu öğrenme beşikten mezara kadar devam eden temel bir davranış biçimi olarak ele alınabilir (Miser, 2006;Duman, 2007). Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmen adaylarının yaşam boyu öğrenmeye ilişkin algılarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Bu doğrultuda öğretmen adaylarının yaşam boyu öğrenme ile ilgili algılarının cinsiyet, bölüm ve devam edilen sınıfa göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2012-2013 Öğretim yılı Bahar döneminde Dicle Üniversitesi Ziya Gökalp Eğitim Fakültesinde lisans programlarına devam eden öğretmen adayları oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı uygulanan 310 öğretmen adayı ise araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Kullanılan veri toplama aracı, "öğretmen adaylarının yaşam boyu öğrenme ilişkin algıları"nı belirlemeye yönelik olarak bu araştırma için araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen 5'li likert tipi ölçektir. Đstatistiksel çözümlemelerde SPSS paket programı bilgisayar programından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, genel olarak öğretmen adaylarının yaşam boyu öğrenmeye ilişkin algılarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmen adaylarının yaşam boyu öğrenmeye ilişkin algılarının cinsiyete ve bölümlere göre farklılık göstermediği, devam edilen sınıfa göre ise anlamlı farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Öğretmen adayı, yaşam boyu öğrenme, öğrenme. With the learnings at school, people learn most of their behaviour in social environment in life like family and friends. To exist among the societies of 21st century, learning should continue throughout life. In this context, life-long learning can be defined as the sum of all the learning activities in life. The purpose of this study is to examine student teachers' anxiety related to classroom management in terms of behavior and teaching management. The study is carried out with the participation of 700 student teachers attending Ziya Gökalp Education Faculty at Dicle University in the 2007–2008 academic year. In order to determine their anxiety levels concerning behavior management and teaching management, the scales of “behavior management anxiety” and “teaching management anxiety” are used. Data are analyzed with correlation (Pearson), t test, and analysis of variance techniques. The Scheffé test is used to test significance. According to the student teachers' participation to school experience and to their branches, significant differences are determined between all subscales of behavior management anxiety levels.

The aim of this research is to examine the views of teachers, who take postgraduate education, regarding culturally responsive education. The research was carried out with 25 teachers who are from various branches and take postgraduate education in a big university in South-Eastern Anatolia Region of Turkey in spring semester of 2014-2015. The pattern of the research is case study of qualitative patterns. The views of teachers joined the research were taken via semi-structured open-ended questionary form. According to the findings of the research, they emphasize that the education process should be maintained considering the cultural values. Besides, they think that will serve to development of cognitive and affective characteristics of the individual and social peace and integration. Therefore they advise to develop teaching programs that quicken cultural diversity. Lastly, the most of teachers utter that they don’t have enough self-sufficiency to give culturally responsive education. It is thought the reason is that teachers can’t expose their potential due to the training teacher system and teaching programs are deprived of providing that kind of education. Consequently, the education system, with its all components, should be such as to provide needs of people from various cultures.
