Este texto analisa as contradições relacionadas à perspectiva de se efetivar os usos dos compostos químicos de origem orgânica, denominados etanol e biodiesel, como energia renovável para diminuir a dependência energética de combustíveis fósseis.
Este artigo trata dos procedimentos usualmente empregados para aprovação de documentação de parcelamento do solo em Cravinhos (SP), Brasil demonstrando falhas num projeto analisado. O método empregado constituiu-se de levantamento bibliográfico e da análise da documentação submetida à aprovação pelos donos da área do projeto. O objetivo do trabalho é subsidiar os interessados no entendimento e condução do processo de aprovação de projetos de parcelamento de terrenos para construção de habitações e comércio, no Estado de São Paulo, Brasil, especificamente em Cravinhos. Os resultados do caso estudado permitem deduzir que o dono da área, e seus assessores, tiveram dificuldade de apresentar documentação apropriada às normatizações.
