ABSTRAKPlagiarisme merupakan salah satu masalah yang harus ditanggulangi dalam dunia akademik karena dapat mencemarkan integritas akademik. UM Magelang merupakan perguruan tinggi yang mempertimbangkan plagiarisme sebagai masalah penting yang harus dicermati. Namun, pada saat ini di UM Magelang belum ada sistem pendeteksian tindakan plagiarisme yang terkomputerisasi. Sistem deteksi plagiat yang ada pada saat ini menggunakan perbandingan teks antar dokumen secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi deteksi plagiarisme dengan pemanfaatan daftar pustaka dengan menggunakan metode cosine similarity yang merupakan ide atau gagasan baru dalam melakukan pendeteksian tindakan plagiarisme. Deteksi dilakukan dengan mengecek kesamaan daftar pustaka terlebih dulu sebelum mengecek keseluruhan isi dokumen. Hasil dari penerapan metode cosine similarity dengan memanfaatkan daftar pustaka dalam mencari kemiripan tema mampu mencari kemiripan antar dokumen dengan tepat dan cepat. Threshold 0,6 digunakan sebagai batas parameter tingkat plagiarisme yang patut dicurigai Kata Kunci: plagiarisme, aplikasi deteksi plagiarisme dengan pemanfaatan daftar pustaka, cosine similarity. A. PENDAHULUANPerkembangan sistem teknologi informasi pada era saat ini berkembang dengan pesat. Penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi untuk memenuhi pekerjaan manusia tentu juga semakin berkembang. Salah satunya information retrieval atau temu kembali informasi yang mempunyai pengertian proses menemukan kembali dokumen-dokumen relevan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi para pengguna. Proses tersebut bertujuan untuk menemukan kembali dokumen-dokumen yang relevan dengan membandingkan kata-kata yang ada pada dokumen yang dicari untuk diketahui informasi yang relevan dari hasil penelusuran. Berdasarkan dari manfaat yang terkandung di bidang information retrieval maka, hal tersebut dapat digunakan dalam kasus untuk melakukan pendeteksian unsur plagiarisme pada sebuah karya ilmiah. The skin, which is the largest part of the human body, is the body's first defense against bacterial and virus attacks. When the skin is exposed to the sun, dry weather, or bacteria, the reaction will spread to other parts of the body, and can even result in death if it is too late to be handled especially if the sufferers are children who are very vulnerable to disease. In this study an expert system was implemented to diagnose skin diseases in infants using the certainty factor method. certainty factor method is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is uncertain. This system makes a diagnosis based on the symptoms felt by the user and then calculates certainty factors based on existing symptoms. Based on the test results by making comparisons between manual calculations and the one carried out by the system it is known that 90.22% of the diagnosis results get the same results so that the system is said to be suitable for use.
The development of information and communication technology has been proactively addressed by Muhammadiyah. Muhammadiyah has modernized da'wah methods by utilizing ICT technology in every activity, but it is still limited to media commonly used by the public such as social media, the web on the Internet, and so on, so that it is still limited, partial, and has not been systematic and structured ally serves its people and is constrained in monitoring and evaluation. The use of web based systems can be a solution to develop locations or e-da'wah based on geography while answering problems in the management and branch of the Muhammadiyah region in monitoring and evaluating its activities. The research method used is to use quantitative methods to obtain primary data to find out the user's desire for e-da'wah in Muhammadiyah citizens while the observation method and survey questionnaire are used to evaluate the acceptance of Muhammadiyah member users to the use of e-da'wah applications that have been made. This research aims to design a framework for the concept of web-based e-da'wah applications. As a result, the e-da'wah application model developed on a web-based basis has received responses from 57% of respondents who find it easy to understand the studies presented in this e-da'wah media.
The Airsoft Group Competition (ARGO) is an airsoft gun championship event held after the airsoft fan group Anarchy99 Magelang. The manual registration system in airsoft competition has many disadvantages, it requires time to search for participant data, it is prone to double participants that are not needed by the competition participants and if there are participants with the same name, it is difficult for one participant to another. The purpose of this study is to obtain a registration information system to facilitate participants and organizers in carrying out the registration process and making reports. With a large number of participants spread throughout Indonesia, this championship requires information systems. The method used in making this information system uses the prototype method. The results obtained from research testing with the Black Box Testing method and conducted on the user, can be concluded related to the system built has met the needs of the procurement of information systems that help the registration process and help the participant data and conduct purchase. Requires a long time in making reports.
The latent demand to optimize costs and customer service has been fostered in the current economic situations, characterized by high competitiveness and disruption in supply chains, placing inventories as a vital sector with significant potential to implement improvements in firms. Inventory management that is done correctly has a favorable impact on logistics performance indexes. Warehousing operations account for around 15% of logistics expenditures in terms of dollars. This article employs a method based on the Partitioning Around Medoids algorithm that incorporates, in a novel way, the application of a strategy for locating the optimal picking point based on cluster classification, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative factors that have the greatest impact or priority on inventory management in the company. The results obtained with this model improve the routes of distributed materials based on the identification of their characteristics such as the frequency of collection and handling of materials, allowing for the reorganization and expansion of storage capacity of the various SKUs, moving from a classification by families to a cluster classification. This article shows a suggestion for a warehouse distribution design using data mining techniques, which uses indicators and key qualities for operational success for a case study in a corporation, as well as an approach to improve inventory management decision-making.
