This studi examined the behavioral intention of sustainable waste management inelementary school student using the framework of Theory of Planned Behavior. The objectiveof this study was to know the relationship of knowledge, attitude, and the behavioral intentionof sustainable waste management. Population and sample in this study were elementaryschool students in the Padang City, West Sumatra. The data collected for this study wereanalyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study stated that theknowledge about sustainable waste management has a significant relationship with attitudestowards sustainable waste management. Knowledge and attitudes towards sustainable wastemanagement had a significant association with the behavioral intention of sustainable wastemanagement. These findings have important implications for the school as well as for policymakers.
Penelitian ini meneliti intensi perilaku pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan pada siswa sekolah dasar menggunakan kerangka Teori Perilaku Berencana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan intensi perilaku pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan sikap terhadap pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan. Sikap terhadap pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan, norma subjektif dan perceived behavioral control (PBC) juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan intensi perilaku pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan. Studi ini telah membantu dalam memahami kekuatan relatif dari faktor determinan intensi perilaku pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan. Kekuatan hubungan yang paling besar adalah antara PBC dengan intensi, diikuti oleh hubungan antara norma subjektif dengan intensi, dan yang paling lemah adalah hubungan antara sikap dengan intensi. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with behavioral intention of sustainable waste management. Population and sample in this study is elementary school students in city of Padang, West Sumatra. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study stated that the knowledge about sustainable waste management has a significant relationship with attitudes towards sustainable waste management. Attitudes towards sustainable waste management, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control (PBC) also had a significant relationship with the behavioral intention of sustainable waste management. This study has helped in understanding the relative strength of the determinants of behavioral intention of sustainable waste management. The biggest strength is the relationship between the PBC and the behavioral intention, followed by the relationship between subjective norm and the behavioral intention, and the weakest were the relationship between attitude and the behavioral intention. These findings have important implications for the school as well as for policy makers.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi instansi terkait dan bidang keilmuan lainnya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 170 pegawai yang merupakan PNS. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yang dikombinasikan dengan stratisfied sampling sehingga setiap kelas karyawan mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan objek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja tidak secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja melalui motivasi. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa motivasi tidak dapat memediasi kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Pejabat hendaknya meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap prestasi karyawan, meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihan, meningkatkan kolaborasi antara karyawan dan pimpinan, meningkatkan ketepatan waktu, dan membangun hubungan yang erat antara pimpinan dan karyawan.
This study aims to assess the economic performance of Riau Province, Indonesia, both within the region and on a national scale. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive statistical approach. The results of quantitative data processing are interpreted in an effort to develop the macroeconomic theories and frameworks relating to financial governance and regional budgets. The results of the study conclude that the economic performance of Riau has experienced a downward trend in recent years. In 2017, it reached IDR 471.42 trillion and grew about 2.71%, measured using Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) at constant 2010 prices. In 2017, the Regional Expenditure Budget experienced a decline compared to 2016, in which it was IDR 35.44 trillion. Based on data analysis and interpretation, we propose frameworks for regional economic performance and the regional financial capability theory.
