Since the invention of laser beam in the 1960s, the application extends to all areas, even revolutionizedseveral fields of technology. Laser is the most widely used in electronic applications as the laser diode. Theimportant application of laser diodes is as a light source for an optical sensor on the sensor either directly orusing the optical fiber. In the application as light source in optical sensor applications, especially on the principleof change in intensity, the stability of laser diode output power is a variable that should be received the necessaryattention. So that, it is needed a Power Control which will automatically control the output power of laser beam.In this study we designed the power stability circuits using the APC LD 2000. The measurement results show thatthe stability strongly depended on the injection electric current area. When it was be operated in the largerinjection electric current area, the laser diode power tobecame larger and more stable than using with themedium or the lower injection electric current.
The bonded permanent magnet Nd 2 Fe 14 B has been made using raw materials Nd-Fe-B powder mixed withadhesive epoxy resin . Permanent magnets can be applied as a component of small DC motors and car parts.NdFeB composition variation on epoxy resins are made with the ratio of 93 : 7, 95 : 5, 90 : 10, 80 : 20, 70 : 30, 60: 40, 50 : 50, (% weight). Raw material NdFeB was made from the mixture of Nd, Fe and B with atomic ratio 2 :14 : 1 by using mechanical alloying technique. The blend of NdFeB and epoxy resin has been done in the vacuumbox . Sample test was prepared by compression with hydraulic press pressure 100kg/cm 2 within 2 minutes. Heattreatment in the oven with a temperature of 180 O C for 4 hours. The sample test was made in cylindrical shape witha diameter of 2-3 cm and thickness of 0.4 to 0.9 cm. The measurement of density vs. Histerisis has been recorded.The results show that the bonded NdFeB permanent magnets achieve optimum conditions in comparison NdFeB97% and 3% epoxy with the density = 4.49 g/cm3 and remanansi (Br) = 5.32 kG, HcJ = 7.936 kOe and (BH) max= 5.75 MGOe.
Abstrak --- Teknologi komunikasi data merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan berbisnis terutama di era globalisasi, dimana tidak lagi mengenal batas ruang dan waktu. Kebutuhan untuk mengatur penggunaan jalur data dan bandwidth disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi jaringan diperlukan suatu device yang dapat melakukan manajemen bandwidth, device tersebut disebut dengan router. Sistem operasi dan perangkat lunak yang dibangun untuk memanajemen bandwidth di masing-masing perkantoran dan apartemen MT Haryono Square menggunakan router mikrotik. Hal itu dikarenakan untuk memperioritaskan layanan internet pada perkantoran. Metode yang digunakan untuk memanajemen bandwidth dengan menjalankan aplikasi winbox dan memonitoring melalui website http://graph.iptelecom.net.id/. Dalam hal ini mengacu pada Quality of Service (QoS) yaitu untuk mengatur agar user atau pelanggan tidak menghabiskan bandwidth yang disediakan oleh provider. Dengan memanajemen bandwidth menggunakan router mikrotik maka koneksi internet menjadi lancar. Hasil monitoring memudahkan administrator dalam memantau kinerja router mikrotik dan akses internet di masing-masing perkantoran.
