Users’ psychological emotion plays important role in designing an interface of software including application of information system. This research attempted to implement Kansei Engineering Type I (KEPack) as a method to analyze kinds of emotional factor related to user interface for mobile Parental Information System. This research used Kansei Words to explore users’ requirements based on psychological factors. Eighteen words were used for Kansei Words that have relationship with Parental Information System. Ten samples of mobile information system were selected as specimens considered suitable for designing interface of Parental Information System. Data questionnaires collected from thirty respondents were processed using multivariate statistical analysis such as Factor Analysis (FA) and Partial Least Square (PLS). This research found that the two important emotional factors i.e funny and informative have to be considered for designing user interface for mobile Parental Information System.

Untuk realisasi pengembangan Customer Services Information System dalam skala enterprise, maka terlebih dahulu harus dirancang Enterprise Architecture berdasarkan proses bisnis yang dimiliki PDAM terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja Zachman sebagai acuan perancangan karena memiliki berbagai perspektif, yaitu: planner, owner, designer, builder, implementer dan worker. Lampegan Jaya is a company engaged in the distribution of food and beverage products including Meses Tulip Chocolate, Vita Zone, Bintang Sobo Tea, Preso Tea, Okky Jelly Drink, Fruit Tea, Bima Energy Nails, Coptic Cappuccino, Mizon and My Tea. These products are distributed to outlets spread across Bandung, Cianjur, Cileunyi, Cimahi, Soreang and Sumedang. Distribution of products is carried out based on the demand for outlets for the product. In this study a system of classifying customer segmentation based on products. This system can classify customers based on the number of purchases and area. The process of this customer grouping system uses a K-Medoid clustring algorithm to classify customers based on segmentation on the product purchase amount and area. Academic institutions have opportunity to provide better learning environment over the Internet using open source web-based e-Learning systems. One of the important issues is how to choose a suitable e-Learning system that can meet what learners need implicitly. It lacks guide to support academic institutions in determining a proper e-Learning system based on learners' needs; it becomes the reason of the implementation of e-Learning that cannot work for long time. This chapter gives an information of result observation regarding learners' psychological aspects toward e-Learning system using Kansei Engineering and its correlation with the e-Learning interface design. Analyzing learner's preference related to e-Learning system, it can provide the kind of desired e-Learning system to enhance learners' experience; finally, it can help the academic institutions to implement e-Learning system continually for a long time.
