Objetivo: Estima-se que mais de 90 % da energia mecânica utilizada na indústria é fornecida por motores de indução trifásicos. Portanto, uma falha precoce e inesperada nesse tipo de equipamento é bastante onerosa para a indústria. Este artigo tem como objetivo a apresentação do desenvolvimento de uma aplicação IoT (Internet of Things) para acompanhamento e armazenamento de histórico da temperatura de operação de motores elétricos trifásicos através de uma rede de sensores sem fio. Valores de temperatura em tempo real, valores de pico de temperatura, tabelas e gráficos das temperaturas internas dos motores são visualizados a partir de páginas de Internet. Foram monitorados dois motores de média tensão, de 1200 CV. Os dados lidos pelos sensores são mantidos em um banco de dados nas nuvens, a fim de gerar informações relevantes com o intuito de apoiar a gestão da manutenção desses ativos. Parte do processamento da aplicação é executada nas nuvens, como a parametrização do programa do microcontrolador e envio de notificações via e-mail, para os casos de falha de leitura, falha de comunicação e alerta de temperaturas elevadas. Os resultados demonstram a aplicabilidade e funcionalidade da aplicação em ambiente industrial, permitindo a identificação de vários comportamentos do motor no tempo.
A constante disseminação do conceito de Internet das Coisas (IoT) fez com que fossem criadas diversas aplicações voltadas para esse ideal. Essas aplicações são utilizadas em larga escala em múltiplas áreas do conhecimento. Tal fato vem impulsionando a demanda de criar soluções para o processamento e obtenção de uma quantidade maior de dados e em tempo real. Pautado pelo princípio de Internet das Coisas, este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o desenvolvimento de um sistema de coleta e gerenciamento de dados de temperatura, umidade e luminosidade, cujo hardware da aplicação é composto por um microcontrolador, que gerencia os sensores para realizar a coleta de dados. O monitoramento dos dados é realizado em tempo real pela plataforma de gerenciamento de dados em nuvem AWS IoT, e a comunicação é realizada através do protocolo MQTT. A partir dos resultados obtidos neste estudo, foi possível constatar a viabilidade da ferramenta utilizada para o gerenciamento de dados do sistema desenvolvido, sendo um estudo com potencial para implementação de novas e complexas aplicações.
