Introdução: O planejamento preparativo é de extrema importância antes de qualquer intervenção odontológica, e quando relacionados a avanços tecnológicos, torna o resultado mais estável e seguro. Com o auxílio de exames digitais, incluindo tomografias e radiografias, apresentam um impacto importante no desenvolvimento clínico. Objetivo: Relatar um caso clínico endodôntico que envolveu um manejo interdisciplinar para solucionar o caso. Relato de Caso: Paciente T.C.B, 47 anos, sexo feminino, melanoderma, ASA II, compareceu ao Complexo Odontológico da Unifametro referindo dor no dente 46 durante amastigação. Na oroscopia, nada digno de nota. Ao exame imaginológico, foi constatado que o dente em questão já havia sido tratado endodonticamente e não apresentava lesão periapical, porém tinha uma sobrecarga oclusiva. Mediante a isso, foi realizado um ajuste oclusal. Deste modo, a paciente não retornou na data marcada, mas apareceu no mês seguinte com novasqueixas dolorosas e com o dente 45 acessado. Após amplas análises clínicas, planejamentos, testes de sensibilidade pulpar, percussão e exames complementares, tais como tomografias, o desfecho do caso foi dado com uma intervenção interdisciplinar, ao englobar a cirurgia, dor orofacial, imaginologia e concluir o tratamento com a intervenção endodôntica. Considerações finais: Diante disso, destaca-se a importância da realização de um atendimento com visão ampla, assim como, o emprego das áreas odontológicas relacionadas e exames complementares para guiar a conduta correta a ser seguida diante de casos atípicos.
