Resumo. O Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana (HIV), infectando células T-CD4+ , consegue comprometer gravemente o funcionamento do Sistema Imunoló-gico, resultando em AIDS. Formulamos e analisamos três modelos matemáticos para este processo de infecção. Foi possível encontrar um limiar para a permanência do vírus na corrente sanguínea e evidenciar a necessidade da apoptose de células ativadas, após a eliminação do antígeno. Através da introdução de um termo de exaustão cumulativa (resultado da constante tentativa do sistema imunológico responder à infecção pelo HIV) também reproduzimos a diminuição do número de células T-CD4 + ao longo dos anos.
Introdução
Objetivo: Analisar a prevalência de transtornos mentais comuns e sinais e sintomas físicos ocasionados aos profissionais de saúde que prestaram assistência direta à pacientes infectados pelo SARS-CoV-2 entre os anos de 2019 a 2021 nos serviços de saúde. Método: Revisão sistemática da literatura onde serão incluídos estudos observacionais que abordem os transtornos mentais comuns e sinais e sintomas físicos ocasionados aos profissionais de saúde que prestaram assistência direta à pacientes infectados pelo SARS-CoV-2 nos anos de 2019 a 2021. As buscas serão realizadas em bases de dados abrangentes, sem restrição de idiomas. Seguirá todos os passos metodológicos preconizados para as revisões sistemáticas. Resultados: Espera-se identificar estudos que apontem a prevalência de transtornos mentais comuns e sinais e sintomas mentais físicos apresentados por profissionais de saúde que prestaram assistência direta à pacientes infectados SARS-CoV-2. Conclusão: Este estudo encontra-se em andamento e o protocolo está aprovado na PROSPERO sob o número CRD42020213686.
