Tulisan ini dibuat untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan dalam islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber-sumber tulisan dan referensi lainnya untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan secara khusus. Kepemimpinan adalah cara untuk memimpin sebuah kelompok. Kepemimpinan islam adalah kepemimpinan yang dilandasi oleh al-Quran dan as-Sunnah. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan islam memiliki tugas dan kewajiban bagi pemimpin Islam yang perlu diperhatikan, dijelaskan juga bagaimana ciri-ciri pemimpin islami, serta apa saja prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan islam. Kepemimpinan islam memliki peranan penting untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pemimpin terutama bagi pemimpin islam serta memimpin sesuai dengan apa yang Allah SWT dan Rasulullah SAW perintahkan, karena apa yang dilihat oleh para manusia khususnya umat islam mempengaruhi kesesuaian atas apa yang dipimpin oleh seorang pemimpin.
This study aims to describe the school health unit (UKS) as the main facility of health development in the Elementary School 79 Bengkulu. This research is conducted by using a qualitative approach and case study design. The sources of research data got from the principal, homeroom teacher, physical education teacher, and UKS custodian. This study uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The stages of data analysis used Data Reduction Analysis Techniques, Data Presentation, and Conclusions. The results showed that UKS functions as the main facility for healthy development for students at elementary school, UKS conducted counseling on the importance of personal hygiene to students, UKS introduced a healthy environment and various diseases, and managed and implemented UKS facilities.
Potential comes from the Latin, namely potentia which means ability, potential can be interpreted as a hidden basic ability and the results can be felt after the ability is developed. Potential is a very large resource that is not known and that has not been given at the time humans were born in this world. Potential is an ability that has not been opened, stored power, strength that has not been touched, success that has not been used, a hidden gift or in other words, potential is an ability or strength or power, where potential can be innate or talent and the result of stimulus or training in development. Potential is the ability, strength, ability, power that has the possibility to be developed. Basically, every student has potential, both physically, intellectually, personality, interests, morally, and religiously. should be honed from an early age so that the potential of children can develop optimally. And an effective way to develop children's potential is to apply effective and efficient learning models so that students can hone their abilities/potentials.
The objective of this study is to examine how the managerial skills and charisma of the school principal impact the performance and professionalism of teachers at MA A Yani Bangil and MA Al-Hikmah Bangil. The study adopts a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The participants in the research are teachers employed in both institutions, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires that assess managerial skills, the school principal's charisma, teacher performance, and teacher professionalism. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and multiple regression tests. The findings of the study demonstrate that both managerial skills and the school principal's charisma significantly influence teacher performance and professionalism. Specifically, the managerial skills of the school principal positively affect teacher performance and professionalism, and the school principal's charisma also has a positive impact on teacher performance and professionalism. These findings indicate that school principals with strong managerial skills and charismatic qualities can shape the performance and professionalism of teachers in the context of these educational institutions. This study contributes significantly to understanding the factors that influence teacher performance and professionalism. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of focusing on the development of school principals' managerial skills and enhancing their charisma to enhance teacher performance and professionalism. Moreover, this research lays the groundwork for future studies exploring additional factors that may influence teacher performance and professionalism in different educational settings.
