Ein Begriff geht um die Welt: Resilienz. Gemeint ist damit die Fähigkeit von Menschen und Systemen, existenzielle Krisen, traumatische Schicksalsschläge und/oder belastende Lebensbedingungen ohne anhaltende psychische Beeinträchtigung zu bewältigen oder sogar gestärkt aus ihnen hervorzugehen. Ursprünglich stammt der Begriff aus der Materialkunde und bezeichnet die Eigenschaft von elastischen Stoffen, nach extremer Belastung wieder ihre ursprüngliche Form einzunehmen. An diese Eigenschaft angelehnt wurde der Begriff in den 1950er-Jahren in die Psychologie eingeführt und wird inzwischen in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungsbereichen und Arbeitsfeldern verwendet (z. B.
mit dieser Ausgabe der Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie halten Sie ein Heft in den Händen, das bezüglich seines Seitenumfangs von bisherigen abweicht. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an den Springer-Verlag, der uns dies ermöglicht hat. Geplant hatten wir Herausgeberinnen das Heft in diesem Ausmaß nicht, wurden aber zum einen von einer sehr schreibfreudigen AutorInnenschaft und zum anderen von den Auswirkungen der Covid-19-Pandemie überrascht. Die Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung der Pandemie haben unsere beruflichen und privaten Lebenswelten in den letzten Monaten regelrecht auf den Kopf gestellt. Wie in einer Schneekugel wurden unsere Alltagsroutinen durcheinandergewirbelt und soziale, politische und zwischenmenschliche Brennpunkte traten deutlicher als in den letzten Jahren zutage. Das veranlasste einige PsychodramatikerInnen spontan zur Feder zu greifen und ihre Beobachtungen, Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse zu Papier zu bringen. Dies wollten wir Ihnen, werte LeserInnen natürlich nicht vorenthalten. So entstand ein außergewöhnliches Heft in einer außergewöhnlichen Zeit. Doch nun zum eigentlichen Thema dieser Ausgabe der ZPS. Leitung wurde von Moreno (1946 zitiert nach Hutter und Schwehm 2009) als eines der fünf Instrumente des Psychodramas deklariert. Laut Moreno besteht die Aufgabe der Leitung darin, gleichzeitig die Rollen von SpielleiterInnen, TherapeutInnen und AnalytikerInnen auszufüllen. Als SpielleiterIn gilt es Moreno zur Folge, die kleinsten Regungen der KlientInnen wahrzunehmen, als TherapeutIn KlientInnen zu schockieren oder zum
