O objetivo foi analisar os aspectos conceituais do trabalho em equipe na atenção básica à saúde mediante pesquisa bibliográfica. Foram selecionados artigos indexados no período de 2003 a 2013, nas bases de dados LILACS e SciELO, com o tema trabalho em equipe na atenção básica. Para análise do material selecionado, foram utilizadas técnicas de leitura. Foram evidenciadas três categorias: a) Construção coletiva de práticas de saúde com objetivos comuns, como estratégia na produção do cuidado; b) Rede de relações, interações e integrações entre profissionais de saúde, corresponsabilizando os agentes técnicos na produção do cuidado; c) Interdisciplinaridade nas ações de saúde, envolvendo os saberes profissionais como estratégia para cuidado da população. Em suma, o trabalho em equipe favorece ruptura da assistência centrada no modelo biomédico, superando relações verticalizadas e saberes fragmentados, bem como construindo novas estratégias de intervenção na comunidade.
A pandemia do novo Coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2), causador da doença COVID-19, tem desencadeado impactos sanitários, econômicos e psicossociais. No contexto hospitalar, os pacientes que apresentam sintomas graves da doença podem passar pela intubação e posterior desmame ventilatório na UTI, apresentando frequentemente reações emocionais negativas. O presente estudo buscou investigar esse fenômeno com o objetivo de elaborar um protocolo de atendimento psicológico que subsidie o desenvolvimento de estratégias e intervenções em saúde mental direcionadas aos pacientes com COVID-19 em desmame ventilatório. Utilizou-se a metodologia qualitativa e, na coleta de dados, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas e observação participante interventiva em um hospital geral público, localizado no município de médio porte da região Nordeste. Os dados foram analisados através da Análise de Conteúdo e as categorias que emergentes subsidiaram a construção do instrumento. O resultado da pesquisa proporcionou a elaboração de um protocolo de psicologia dividido em 12 tópicos, nos quais norteiam a avaliação e intervenção nos aspectos psicológicos envolvidos, principalmente ansiedade, medo, solidão e estigma. Conclui-se que a operacionalização e a sistematização da prática através dessa pesquisa instrumentalizam e aprimoram a atuação da psicologia hospitalar na UTI, podendo proporcionar uma melhoria na assistência prestada ao paciente com COVID-19 no SUS.
A UTI é um ambiente iatrogênico em que o paciente está sujeito a diversas situações estressoras, dentre elas o processo de desmame ventilatório. Objetivou-se analisar as intervenções psicológicas direcionadas a esses pacientes. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com cinco psicólogos hospitalares. Para a interpretação dos dados, foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo. Os resultados evidenciaram as seguintes categorias: 1. Aspectos emocionais e orgânicos; 2. Intervenções psicológicas; 3. Atuação junto à equipe multiprofissional; e 4. Atuação frente à família. Conclui-se que o psicólogo hospitalar pode contribuir com a humanização do cuidado na UTI e a redução da ansiedade do paciente nesse processo.
A transição da ventilação mec ânica para ventilação espontânea gera impactos emocionais para o paciente internado na UTI. Objetivou-se elaborar instrumentos que subsidiem o desenvolvimento de intervenções psicológicas direcionadas aos pacientes em desmame ventilatório. Utilizou-se o método da pesquisa-ação e as seguintes técnicas de coleta de dados: entrevistas semiestruturadas com psicólogos intensivistas e observação participante com os pacientes em um hospital público.
