O artigo propõe identificar as representações LGBTQIA+ na publicidade em TV aberta durante a pandemia de Covid-19. A partir de referências sobre o impacto da pandemia e os desafios econômicos, as desigualdades sociais, incluindo marcadores de identidade de gênero e de orientação sexual, apresenta-se recorte da publicidade ao representar a diversidade. A leitura das representações, a partir de conjunto de instituições e atores sociais, no contexto das assimetrias de identidades sexual e de gênero em disputa com hegemonia heteronormativa, orienta a análise de peças publicitárias que abordam as minorias em oito comerciais veiculados em TV aberta de julho de 2020 até julho de 2021. A publicidade não coaduna a pauta da pandemia com os desafios enfrentados por pessoas LGBTQIA+, demonstrando deficiência de trazer as peculiaridades de vivências e dificuldades desse público.
Tendo em vista a adequação curricular dos cursos de graduação em Publicidade e Propaganda (PP), a partir de diretrizes orientadas pelo Conselho Nacional de Educação, o artigo apresenta uma proposta de instrumento para monitorar demandas de mercado em relação ao perfil, habilidades e competências do egresso de PP. Num exercício empírico e teórico, expõe-se o trabalho exploratório realizado para compreender os espaços que acolhem as práticas da publicidade como matriz para coleta de informações e mapeamento.
This study aims to understand how and with what tools the advertising communication is being reconfigured through of the context of convergence culture and of the Integrated Communication. Starts from the premise that there is a tendency for strategies of interaction and relationship between audience and brand through multiple touch points on different platforms, mainly in the digital spaces.
Este trabalho visa apresentar um panorama diacrônico das abordagens de dois seriados veiculados em períodos distintos, num intervalo de duas décadas. O primeiro, intitulado Queer as Folk, de 2000, na TV por assinatura, aborda as vivências não normatizadas da sexualidade gay e lésbica, enquanto o segundo, Pose, mais recente, por streaming, avança nas representações de minorias transexuais e transgêneros, com cortes de raça e de classe social. Evidencia-se, a partir de um olhar sobre os estudos de gênero e da sexualidade, com aporte das representações sociais da psicologia social e dos estudos culturais, pela análise de conteúdo, como se dão as visibilidades das tensões e das negociações do que escapa da heteronormatividade nos limites da ficção seriada televisiva. Da visibilidade de uma hegemonia gay, branca, classe média com o mote da homofobia, duas décadas após, percebe-se as representações de pessoas negras e vulneráveis social e economicamente ao enfrentarem a transfobia.
