With limited retrieval of reserves and restricted capability in plant pathology, automation of processes becomes essential. All over the world, farmers are struggling to prevent various harm from bacteria or pathogens such as viruses, fungi, worms, protozoa, and insects. Deep learning is currently widely used across a wide range of applications, including desktop, web, and mobile. In this study, the authors attempt to implement the function of AlexNet modification architecture-based CNN on the Android platform to predict tomato diseases based on leaf image. A dataset with of 18,345 training data and 4,585 testing data was used to create the predictive model. The information is separated into ten labels for tomato leaf diseases, each with 64 × 64 RGB pixels. The best model using the Adam optimizer with a realizing rate of 0.0005, the number of epochs 75, batch size 128, and an uncompromising cross-entropy loss function, has a high model accuracy with an average of 98%, a strictness rate of 0.98, a recall value of 0.99, and an F1-count of 0.98 with a loss of 0.1331, so that the classification results are good and very precise.
The effort to make cow dung has significant added value is the main purpose of this community service activity. The fact is still not much effort to increase the added value of cow dung such as making cow dung into organic fertilizer products with commercial value. Besides, this activity also aims to create a healthy community environment and provide an impact of economic improvement of local communities. Method of implementation of activity begins with observation and mapping area, socialization, implementation, analysis and evaluation, and improvement. The observations were conducted to review the Kalipucang Hamlet area as a whole, interviewing with all components of the community, such as village apparatus and villagers or viewing the field conditions directly as well as doing this mapping to clarify the situation and characteristics of Kalipucang Hamlet related to livestock and land, then socialized to the head of RT, Chairman of the RW, and the local village chief and community. Socialization also serves to explore more deeply about the problems experienced by the community and the solutions needed, so as to provide an output that is in accordance with the wishes and needs of the community. The location of the implementation of this program is in the cattle field of the group Andini Makmur, Kalipucang Hamlet, Bangunjiwo, Bantul, DIY. The series of activities of community service programs that will be carried out include several stages : organic fertilizer material delivery, construction of fertilizer production site, livestock collection, organic fertilizer practice, organic fertilizer monitoring, organic fertilizer cooperative system, launching and evaluation and mentoring. From this activity produced organic fertilizer and successfully established a cooperative that manages the process of making organic fertilizer, packing, until the commercialization. From this activity obtained significant added value in economic aspect as well as from the side of public health because no longer there is pollution from cow dung d neighborhood of residence. In developing the 4.0 industrial revolution era, vehicle body repair manufacturing companies are required to carry out technological innovations to support effective and efficient performance. One way is in the metal forming process, namely by changing the metal's shape into a variety of products by the company to increase the selling value of the material. The method of forming metal or these materials uses a bead roller machine with a compressive force to carry out the forming process on sheet metal plates according to the size of the tools' geometry and shape. The design of this bead roller machine is operated by using an electric motor with a power of 0.5 HP, using an Alternating Current (AC) voltage, the thickness of the iron frame dimensions of 1.2 cm, and using a reducer with a ratio of 1: 100. Selection of engine parts such as shafts, bearings, tools, and sprockets using materials that are economical and easy to obtain. The design uses Autocad 2014 Software, starting with designing a bead roller machine design paying attention to the strength of the materials used, then assembling the components and the machine's electrical system. The result of this design will be displayed by performing the bead roller machine performance. This bead roller can increase work productivity efficiently and effectively concerning sheet metal media for vehicle body repair compared to manual roll bending tools.
ABSTRAKKemajuan industri dan teknologi semakin berkembang pesat, termasuk industri logam. Kemajuan industri logam memiliki peranan yang penting terutama dalam dunia otomotif yang banyak menggunakan material dari logam. Sprocket merupakan komponen utama dalam sepeda motor, sebagai transfer gaya putar dari mesin menuju ke roda, sehingga akan cepat aus karena akan terjadi gesekan antara rantai dengan gear pada waktu mentransfer gaya putar dari mesin. Pada penelitian ini sprocket mengalami proses carburizing (karbonisasi) yaitu proses memanaskan bahan sampai diatas suhu kritis 900⁰C-950⁰C dengan penahanan selama 1 (satu) jamkemudian didinginkan dengan media air. Carburizingbertujuan memberikan kandungan karbon lebih banyak pada bagian permukaan dibanding dengan bagian inti benda kerja, sehingga kekerasan permukaan diharapkan dapat meningkat.Hasil pengujian kekerasan sprocket imitasi didapat nilai kekerasan rata-rata 219.23 VHN dan sprocket genuine tanpa perlakuan panas yaitu sebesar 217.68VHN. Hal ini dikarenakan pada sprocket imitasi terdapat kandungan kadar karbon dan silikon lebih besar setelah dilakukan carburizing.Hasil pengujian struktur mikro pada sprocket imitasi, struktur ferrit terbentuk dari proses pendinginan yang lambat dari austenit (baja hypoeutectoid)dan mempunyai konduktivitas panas yang tinggi sehingga struktur ini bersifat lunak serta ulet. Pada fasa struktur perlite terbentuk campuran antara ferit dan sementit. Pada 0,8% karbon perlit yang tampak seperti pelat-pelat yang tersusun secara bergantian oleh perpaduan struktur antara struktur ferrit dan sementit, serta fasa struktur ini memiliki sifat ulet dan kekerasan yang cukup tinggi, kemudian sturktur mikro sementit senyawa besi karbon (Fe3C) bersifat keras pada pendinginan lambat bentuknya lamellar bersifat keras.Kata kunci: sprocket, carburizing, sifat fisik dan mekanik. ABSTRACTThe progress of industry and technology is growing rapidly, including metal industry. This progress has an important role to support other industries, particularly in the automotive industries that uses a lot of metal material.Sprocket is a major component in motorcycles, as transfer turning force from the engine to the wheels, so that it will rapidly wear out because there will be friction between the chain with gear at the time of transfer the turning force from the engine. In this study sprocket undergoing of carburizing process (carbonization) that is the process of heating material to above the critical temperature 900⁰C-950⁰C with detention for 1 (one) hour and then cooled with water media. Carburizing process aims to give more on the surface than the core part of the workpiece, so that the surface hardness is expected to increase.The test results obtained average hardness valueof imitation sprocket is 219.23 VHN and genuine sprocket without heat treatment that is equal to 217.68 VHN.
