Аннотация. Разработка эффективных методов выявления и прогнозирования повреждений воздушных линий электропередач является актуальной, поскольку ее успешное решение и последующее развитие вносят важный вклад в обеспечение надежности, долговечности и безопасности эксплуатации линий электропередач. Решение этой задачи создает условия для повышения эффективности использования капитальных вложений в строительство и ремонт существующих линий, помогает рационально планировать различные регламентные работы, а также приносить определенный социальный эффект. Целью настоящей статьи является обеспечение подробными сведениями о текущем состоянии воздушных высоковольтных линий электропередач для локализации аварийных сегментов, а также прогнозированию проблемных ситуаций путем разработки новой технологии получения дифференциальных поправок при фазовых измерениях глобальными спутниковыми системами. Освещены проблемы локализации участков повреждений воздушных линий электропередач (ЛЭП) распределительных сетей в период эксплуатации. Определены основные недостатки существующих методов диагностики ЛЭП, которые приводят к перебоям в работе, и обоснована необходимость совершенствования существующих и разработки новых методов обнаружения участков с повреждениями на основе технологий глобального спутникового позиционирования. Новизной отличается также мониторинг повреждения линий электропередач, в результате которого можно оценивать на месте в реальных погодных условиях характеристики вибрации линий электропередачи с различной конструкцией, натяжением проводов и техническим обеспечением, определять номинальный срок службы проводов, подвергающихся вибрации. В результате определена математическая модель для прогнозирования на ее основе состояний линий электропередач, позволяющая с помощью спутникового позиционирования определять точное место повреждения линий электропередач.Ключевые слова: линии электропередач, мониторинг, повреждение.
