The decoration of the manusa yadnya ceremony at Batubulan Kangin is generally luxurious. The house is decorated from the entrance, to other buildings. In the past, to decorate houses that carried out the pawiwahan ceremony, synthetic materials were used, but with the 2018 Bali Governor Regulation, it emphasizes the prohibition of using synthetic materials and replacing them with natural materials. With these regulations, Batubulan Kangin craftsmen follow according to their imagination and creativity to produce artistic decorations. The decorations were accepted by the people of Batubulan Kangin, most importantly they still have a strong Balinese identity. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through observation techniques on objects directly or indirectly, interviews with craftsmen and entrepreneurs, as well as document studies to collect data from books, village monographs, pictures and so on. The result is the decoration of the manusa yadnya ceremony at Batubulan Kangin using natural materials because of the Bali Governor's regulation which emphasizes the prohibition of using synthetic materials and replacing them with environmentally friendly materials. With these regulations, decoration craftsmen follow using natural materials and process them according to their imagination, resulting in artistic decorations. It does not violate the rules of the Balinese government. On the other hand, if the craftsmen continue to use synthetic materials, they will be subject to administrative sanctions. It is hoped that the decoration craftsmen comply with these rules, which are beneficial for the people and nature of Bali. The decoration products for the Manusa Yadnya ceremony that are created are decorations with the appearance of various shapes, variations of the decorations that appear in the form of woven mantri centipedes and a combination of gumitir flowers, pearls and so on. This decoration also depends on the selling value, consisting of: insulting, middle, main in the form of angkul-angkul decorations and aisle rides. While the implications can be classified into several parts, namely: economic implications, social status and environmental sustainability.
The purpose of this paper is to find out the regulations related to ceremonial waste in Bali by understanding the form of government responsibility for the management of ceremonial waste to be able to protect the environment based on Tri Hita Karana carried out by the community, which is stated in "Law No. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management” in article 20 paragraph (1) and “Regulation of the State Minister of the Environment Number 13 of 2012 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle through Waste Banks”, which are basically regulated in Article 7 paragraph (4), and there are still many other waste management regulations. This waste processing is carried out by PKK women in an MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) container that is around 30 to 45 years old and has different educational backgrounds. Empowerment to improve the standard of living for underprivileged mothers. This is done both in groups. So the mothers in the Mengwi Traditional Village. The government is very enthusiastic to provide motivational support in processing ceremonial waste into compost in the form of financial, the Empowerment of PKK women in the Mengwi Traditional village aims to find out the Empowerment of PKK women in processing ceremonial waste into compost and the sustainability of its management, the results of from the processing of this waste can be sold to consumers. The implementation method used is by way of mentoring orientation, training and monitoring the group of PKK women who participate in the processing of ritual waste in the Mengwi Badung Traditional Village. The planned activities that will be carried out include: Providing exposure or explanation about knowledge on how to process ceremonial waste into compost. In addition, it also provides assistance for marketing when it is processed into compost to consumers. The next activity was about training for the PKK women's group about processing ceremonial waste and conducting monitoring activities on how the waste processing activities could continue.
ABSTRAK Di Indonesia peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan sasaran pembangunan di bidang pendidikan nasional dan merupakan bagian integral dari upaya peningkatan kualitas manusia secara menyeluruh. Mengingat peran pendidikan sangat penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat, maka pemerintah berupaya untuk meningkatkan kwalitas semua komponen yang dapat menunjang peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Salah satu komponen yang dimaksud adalah peningkatan mutu profesionalisme guru khususnya guru pendidikan agama hindu. Ada beberapa komponen strategis yang perlu diperhatikan oleh guru pendidikan agama hindu yaitu permasalahan-permasalahan profesionalisme guru, prinsip-prinsip profesionalisme guru dan upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Permasalahan-permasalahan profesionalisme guru meliputi profesionalisme profesi keguruan, otoritas profesioanal guru, kebebasan akademik dan tanggung jawab moral. Prinsip-prinsip profesionalisme guru meliputi memiliki bakat, minat, panggilan jiwa dan idealisme, memiliki komitmen, kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi, tanggung jawab, penghasilan, kesempatan, jaminan perlindungan hukum dan organisasi profesi. Upaya-upaya profesionalisme guru meliputi terdidik secara baik, terlatih secara baik, dihargai secara baik, terlindungi secara baik dan dikelola secara baik. Dunia pendidikan tidak pernah terlepas dari permasalahan baik masalah yang dihadapi pemerintah, orang tua maupun pendidik atau guru. Guru sebagai garda terdepan dalam mendidik, mengajar, dan melatih siswa tidak bisa menghindari diri dari permasalahan baik masalah ekternal maupun masalah internal. Masalah external adalah masalah-masalah yang terjadi di luar sekolah. Sedangkan masalah internal adalah masalah masalah yang terjadi di dalam sekolah itu sendiri. Masalah yang paling sering dihadapi guru, baik guru kelas paupun guru mata pelajaran adalah masalah yang dihadapi siswa saat pelaskanaan proses pembelajaran berlangsung di kelas.salah satu guru mata pelajaran yaitu guru pendidikan agama hindu tidak bisa luput dari masalah siswa di kelas. Masalah siswa yang dihadapi guru Pendidikan Agama Hindu di kelas saat proses pembelajaran adalah siswa selalu membuat masalah, sulit berkonsentrasi, kurang bersemangat, egois, suka merajuk, suka mencari perhatian, pemalu, sok berkuasa, suka membalas dendam dan mempunyai perasaan yang tidak berdaya. Walaupun guru Pendidikan Agama Hindu menghadapi masalah seperti tersebut diatas mereka tidak pernah menyerah, selalu berusaha mencari solusi untuk memcahkan masalah tersebut karena mereka sadar kalu masalah itu dibiarkan akan mengganggu proses pembelajaran, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tidak tercapai secara maksimal.
