Objetivo: Discorrer sobre os fatores de risco de prematuridade. Revisão bibliográfica: A gravidez é um período em que a mulher é acometida a alterações no seu corpo sendo mudanças endócrinas metabólicas. Em gestações normais esse período por chegar à40 semanas, já em período entre 37e 38 semanas e seis dias é conceituada com o termo precoce e pode apresentar maiores complicações, desencadeando um parto prematuro. A prematuridade é ponderada com a maior causa de morte em crianças nos primeiros cinco anos de vida no Brasil e como ausência de pré-natal, o uso de drogas licitas e ilícitas, abortos espontâneos após o primeiro trimestre gestacional; idade materna inferior à 15 anos ou superior à 40 anos; gestação múltipla e ausência de controle pré-natal, e problemas crônicos de saúde da mãe. Considerações finais: A prematuridade é uma dificuldade na saúde pública, por isso é importante que haja o preparo do complexo do sistema de saúde, e que consiga prestar todo o atendimento de acordo com as necessidades das gestantes. O pré-natal é uma ferramenta para minimizar os índices, pois é através do acompanhamento da gestação é que pode identificar as características que representam risco e assim instituir medidas para a sua prevenção.
Objetivo: Revisar na literatura científica os quadros clínicos apresentados pelos pacientes com SEEBG, a propedêutica para a realização do diagnóstico e os tratamentos relatados na literatura. Métodos: Seleção de estudo nos bancos de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Sáude – BVS (MedLine e LILACS) e National Center for Biotechnology Information – NCBI (PubMed). As buscas foram realizadas utilizando combinação de palavras-chave, considerando apenas os últimos dez anos. Resultados: foram encontrados um total de 2.088 documentos científicos (artigos, teses, dissertações, entre outros), porém com a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão somente 11 artigos científicos atendiam aos objetivos deste estudo. Após análise e interpretação dos estudos é possível inferir que os sintomas são bem característicos, entretanto o fato de alguns pacientes não serem sintomáticos dificulta a realização do diagnóstico precoce e o tratamento é escolhido considerando o quadro clínico da paciente e o desejo da mesma de manter a fertilidade, entretanto são considerados tratamentos diversos como quimioterapia, radioterapia, hormonal, cirurgias minimamente invasivas ou invasivas. Conclusão: Por se tratar de uma doença rara torna-se difícil determinar qual o tratamento mais eficaz, porém estudos tem afirmado que a opção pela remoção do tumor deve ser considerada como principal abordagem e que os demais tratamentos podem auxiliar evitando as recidivas.
Objetivo: Realizar análise e revisão dos principais artigos disponíveis sobre Colestase Intrahepática Gestacional (CIG), discorrendo sobre a influência genética, fatores de risco associados, diagnóstico e tratamento. Revisão bibliográfica: A CIG é um distúrbio que leva ao aumento sérico de ácido biliar, geralmente acometendo mulheres gestantes no último trimestre da gravidez. Possui manifestações clínicas variáveis, sendo o prurido em superfície palmar e plantar a associação mais comumente encontrada. Para realizar o diagnóstico é preciso levar em considerações os achados clínicos e laboratoriais, além de afastar outras causas como cálculos em vias biliares e colelitíase. O tratamento depende do período gestacional em que se encontra a mulher, sendo a interrupção da gestação através do parto o tratamento definitivo. Entretanto caso não seja possível, o tratamento clínico de controle de sintomas é feito com ácido ursodesoxicólico, em dose-padrão de 300mg três vezes ao dia. Considerações finais: Apesar de ser uma complicação rara, a CIG pode levar a desfechos materno fetais desfavoráveis, com necessidade de acompanhamento médico durante a gravidez para diagnóstico e tratamento.
