These digital materials collaborated in the acquisition of theoretical references that subsidize the practices, enhancing the teaching and enable the use of active learning methods, breaking with the traditional teaching of demonstrating and repeating procedures.
Resumo OBJETIVO Analisar o registro da Nota de Transferência (NT) e a emissão do Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) realizados pelo enfermeiro em pacientes adultos transferidos do Serviço de Emergência como estratégia de comunicação efetiva para a segurança do paciente. MÉTODO Estudo transversal retrospectivo desenvolvido em um hospital de ensino no Sul do Brasil que avaliou 8028 prontuários eletrônicos no ano de 2017. Procedeu-se a análise descritiva. RESULTADOS A realização da NT atingiu a meta institucional de 95% nos meses de janeiro e fevereiro, ficando abaixo da meta nos demais meses. A mensuração do MEWS foi realizada em 85,6% (n=6.870) dos prontuários. Destes pacientes, 96,8% (n=6.652) possuíam MEWS não alterado. CONCLUSÃO A NT e o MEWS estão inseridos no trabalho do enfermeiro, no entanto, são necessárias ações com vistas a qualificar a segurança do paciente, melhorando a comunicação efetiva e, por conseguinte, diminuindo a possibilidade de ocorrências de eventos adversos.
RESUMOEstudo com o objetivo de conhecer as opiniões de estudantes de enfermagem quanto à prática pedagógica sobre sinais vitais fundamentada na aprendizagem baseada em problemas, apresentada na forma de objetos educacionais digitais. A pesquisa, na metodologia do estudo de caso qualitativo, contou com dez sujeitos. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas analisadas pela técnica da análise temática. Identificou-se três categorias finais: a aprendizagem com o apoio da informática, a organização do trabalho em grupo e a avaliação do projeto de aprendizagem de sinais vitais. A atividade foi uma experiência nova para os alunos, considerada positiva pela facilitação do acesso aos conteúdos e da comunicação entre colegas, porém apontaram a falta da presença física do professor. O trabalho em grupo transcorreu, na sua maioria, de forma colaborativa. Constatou-se a importância de disponibilizar, a estudantes de enfermagem, atividades mediadas pelo computador associadas à metodologia da aprendizagem baseada em problemas.Descritores: Educação em enfermagem. Objective: Describing the stages of elaboration and development of a massive open online course on "Nursing Assessment". Method: Experience report of the construction of a free course, developed between 2015 and 2016 with the partnership of the School of Nursing and the Nucleus of Support to Distance Learning. The course was hosted on the Lúmina platform. Results: The construction of the course began in 2015 and the first edition was made available in September 2016, with 693 participants. The aim of the choice and elaboration of the material was to design an attractive and quality course for the community. The stages observed in its elaboration were choice of theme, course production, preliminary assessment and launching the first edition. Conclusions: The course has been shown to be a support for in-class teaching, as well as for the continuing education of health professionals.
