Este texto relata a experiência de uso da Síntese Poética enquanto instrumento para feedback no processo ensino/aprendizagem contextualizada na articulação entre Academia, Comunidade e Estratégia Saúde da Família, durante a Disciplina Saúde e Cidadania, nos cursos de graduação da área de saúde da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Esta disciplina é ofertada durante o primeiro período letivo, contribuindo para a inserção precoce dos alunos nos cenários reais dos serviços de saúde, em Natal (RN). Os poemas são recitados após a execução de projetos de intervenção na comunidade e as narrativas reflexivas discentes, contidas em portfólios de aprendizagem, foram analisadas através da técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Verificamos que esta prática estimulou um circuito de trocas positivas, integrando instrumentos formais da ciência com a realidade social, numa perspectiva interativa centrada no desenvolvimento de habilidades comunicativas, dialógicas e de solidariedade reflexiva frente a situações comuns.
