RESUMOO enraizamento adventício de estacas é influenciado por fatores intrínsecos e extrínsecos do material vegetal, e o conhecimento da ação deles é fundamental para o sucesso da produção de mudas por miniestaquia. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o grau de associação entre o estado nutricional das minicepas e o enraizamento de miniestacas de eucalipto, cultivadas em minijardim clonal em tubetes com subirrigação. Foram utilizados dados de enraizamento de miniestacas e teores de nutrientes quantificados pelas análises químicas dos tecidos foliares. A taxa de enraizamento foi correlacionada com o estado nutricional das brotações. Verificou-se que a nutrição mineral desempenha papel importante no enraizamento adventício de modo genótipo-dependente, ou seja, há diferença de comportamento dos clones em relação ao efeito dos nutrientes no enraizamento das miniestacas. Com relação ao teor de K, Ca, Mg e Mn, não foi observada associação com as taxas de enraizamento. Quanto aos demais nutrientes, em pelo menos um clone, houve associação positiva ou negativa entre as variáveis analisadas, com grau variável de acordo com o clone e o nutriente.Termos de indexação: Propagação vegetativa, Eucalyptus, nutrição.(1) Parte da dissertação de mestrado da primeira autora. 1RESUMO -O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o grau de associação linear entre variáveis climáticas com a produção e enraizamento de miniestacas de eucalipto cultivado em dois tipos de minijardim clonal (leito de areia e tubetes com subirrigação). Foram utilizados dados da empresa CENIBRA, referentes ao enraizamento de miniestacas e à produção de miniestacas por minicepa, e dados de monitoramento climático. A produção de miniestacas por minicepa e sua taxa de enraizamento foram correlacionadas com os dados climáticos (luz, temperatura e umidade relativa do ar). Verificou-se que a temperatura influencia, de diferentes maneiras, o enraizamento de miniestacas, sendo seu efeito variável de acordo com o clone e tipo de minijardim clonal. Em relação à produção de miniestacas, o aumento da temperatura favorece a produção de miniestacas, independentemente do tipo de minijardim. De modo geral, a luz e a umidade relativa do ar influenciaram positiva e negativamente o enraizamento e a produção de miniestacas, respectivamente, independente do minijardim analisado. Os resultados indicaram que aumento da intensidade luminosa e diminuição da umidade relativa do ar, nos locais onde os minijardins clonais estavam estabelecidos, favorecem tanto o enraizamento de miniestacas quanto a produção de miniestacas pelas minicepas.Palavras-chave: Eucalyptus, minijardim clonal e propagação vegetativa.

Este trabalho objetivou avaliar a produtividade e sobrevivência de minicepas de Eucalyptus benthamii, de origem seminal, manejados em cultivo hidropônico e em tubetes. Com relação à sobrevivência não foi constatada diferença entre os sistemas de manejo estudados, enquanto que para a produtividade das minicepas, o cultivo hidropônico apresentou resultados superiores, com média de 8,1 miniestacas por minicepa por coleta em comparação a 4,1 do sistema de tubetes. Com base nesses resultados, conclui-se que o manejo das minicepas em tubete e em cultivo hidropônico é viável tecnicamente, sendo esse último uma alternativa mais promissora para produção de propágulos vegetativos da espécie.
