O objetivo desta revisão é analisar a produção sobre os aplicativos móveis como instrumento de apoio às mães/pais no processo de amamentação do recém-nascido prematuro na unidade neonatal e identificar os aplicativos móveis disponíveis na Google Play Store relacionados à amamentação de recém-nascidos prematuros em unidade neonatal. A Revisão integrativa foi realizada em novembro 2021 nas bases de dados: Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, Portal PubMed Central, Cochrane Library, Scopus, Cinahl e na plataforma Sucupira com os seguintes descritores: "Recém-Nascido Prematuro", "Aleitamento Materno", "Aplicativos Móveis", "Unidades de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal", e seus correspondentes em inglês: "Mobile phone", "Premature Infant", "Intensive Care Units, Neonatal" e "Breast Feeding". Cabe destacar que, para as produções selecionadas que referenciaram os nomes dos aplicativos, foi realizada uma busca na Plataforma Google Play Store a fim de localizar informações sobre a disponibilidade e validação do aplicativo. Além disso, também fez-se outra busca na plataforma digital Google Play Store em dezembro de 2020. Na busca das bases científicas selecionaram-se quatro produções. Dessas, duas foram dissertações de mestrado realizadas e publicadas no Brasil na língua portuguesa, um artigo no Irã e um na Espanha, ambos publicados na língua inglesa. Quanto ao tipo de estudo, duas produções eram de cunho metodológico, uma foi um estudo experimental sem randomização e a outra um estudo observacional. Das quatro produções, uma foi sobre um aplicativo voltado exclusivamente para a amamentação, para ser utilizado tanto na unidade neonatal quanto no ambiente domiciliar. Três produções tratavam de aplicativos no contexto da unidade neonatal, mas não eram aplicativos voltados exclusivamente para a amamentação. Na busca na Google Play Store foram selecionados quatro aplicativos. Dois deles se destinavam exclusivamente para o recémnascido prematuro e dois para recém-nascidos independentemente da idade gestacional. Apenas um aplicativo era para uso exclusivo em unidade neonatal. Evidencia-se que foram poucas as produções científicas e aplicativos encontrados direcionados a mães/pais de recém-nascidos prematuros com o fim exclusivo de apoiar o início e a manutenção da amamentação nas unidades neonatais.
