Food becomes one of main income of tourism sector which supports Gross Domestic Product. Food and beverage is also suspected to be the tourists’ motivation for travelling. People, publicly, and government recognize it more as culinary. However, there is a view that argumentation which is constructed by public seems to be not accordance with the real situation. Gastronomy, which accommodates foodshed, cooking, until foodscape and human behaviour, is perceived to be more appropriate as a comparison argument. Related to that matter, in this paper, researcher is trying to study and to compare two-sided definition of terminology over culinary and gastronomy as a way to eliminate argumentum ad populum. This study examined the influence of demographic characteristics toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Data were obtained from employees of medical-care industries with the aid of the structured questionnaire. In this research, data is processed with multiple regression technique. The result indicates that occupancy and marriage were negatively influence OCB, whereas education, tenure, job status and sex are not.
The purpose of this paper is assessing conservation strategy of Yogyakarta local culture to muffle attacking globalization of cultural economic and cultural industry. We do looking for effectual strategy to develop cultural tourism based on creativity sense. We first identify important factors that confound the physic and entity culture using factor and cluster analysis. Following this, we apply expert choice to enact the strategy. We conclude that important factors for the conservation of culture are introducing the Javanese eco-culture to society early on, revitalizing the ritual tradition and conserving the traditional dance and music. In addition, we propose the policy brief in order to become the important reference of cultural tourism development. The important policies are giving cognitive, affective and conative education to people, and reanimating traditional jackstraws.
Cigaru Blue Lake Rural Tourism is located in Cigaru Village, Cisoka Village, approximately 10 kilometers from the Tangerang Regency Government Headquarters. The attraction of this destination is a distinctive culture and lake that has blue water colour, the lake is not a natural tourism but artificial tourism, the destination has become famous and can become a tourist village in the Cisoka area, Tangerang because it has inclusion from the Cigaru Village government. and supervised by the local community and there is authority as the headman. it has problems, first, related to visits in recent times, visits have decreased even if there are no visitors. Second, several facilities were damaged, there was no cost to renovate, thus hampering its development. The method used is a qualitative case study and the technique used is descriptive. The conclusions from this study were concluded based on the formulation of the existing problems and the results were: The impact of the pandemic on the Cigaru Blue Lake Rural Tourism, namely the decrease in tourist visits that occurred resulting in a decrease in the economic level experienced by the people of Cigaru Village, then the CHSE protocol had not been implemented so that the destination has not been able to operate again. In addition, researchers found other problems outside of the impact of the pandemic, namely the ineffectiveness of the concept of a rural tourist in the destination so that the right strategy was needed to draw conclusions in strategic planning, then the development strategy needed in the Cigaru Blue Lake Rural Tourism, namely by implementing CHSE and developing on facilities and activities (Eco-Lodge, Eco-Recreation and Eco-Education) at Cigaru Blue Lake Rural Tourism. Aim of the study is assessing consumer behavior of tourist who visits to Borobudur if an ecotourism concept will be used in this area. Data were obtained from participation of tourists in Borobudur temple and surrounding area of Jogjakarta municipality. Then, it was used polychotomous choice framework for finishing it.The results indicate that ecotourism concept able to properly apply. Then, education and income are becoming vehicle decision public policy for managing Borobudur area. Consumer knowledge about living environment more and more higher so that their activity choice is in green tourism products.  Consequently,  the survival  of  Borobudur  world  heritage  site  in  the  future  will  fully depend on its sustainable development policy.
