<p><strong>Introducción:</strong> La narrativa de enfermería se presenta como una experiencia vivida y compartida entre dos personas, haciendo énfasis en pequeños detalles que preocupan a la persona que cuidamos. Aporta un conocimiento profundo en el arte de cuidar desde la práctica hacia la teoría, permitiendo analizar situaciones que suceden cuando el estudiante se enfrenta al escenario clínico, valorando a la persona de manera integral. El objetivo fue describir el significado de una vivencia experimentada por estudiantes de enfermería en la práctica clínica a través de una narrativa. <strong>Materiales y Métodos: </strong>Investigación cualitativa de carácter fenomenológico interpretativo en donde se exploran y analizan narrativas de estudiantes de enfermería que vivieron la experiencia más significativa en el transcurrir de su práctica clínica. Para recolectar y analizar la información, se utilizó la entrevista a profundidad y la observación registrada en notas de campo. <strong>Resultados: </strong>Surgieron cinco categorías del análisis: tranquilidad para el alma, aprender a escuchar, mi primer cuidado, más allá de la nota y familia y cuidado. <strong>Discusión y</strong> <strong>Conclusiones:</strong> La narrativa<em> </em>permitió reconocer diversas expresiones de cuidado que se hacen visibles, de acuerdo a la interacción y relación enriquecedora tanto para quien lo recibe, como para quien lo brinda. Introducción: A nivel mundial los traumatismos son un problema de salud pública, dejando secuelas físicas, emocionales y psicológicas. El papel del profesional de enfermería es fundamental para disminuir las complicaciones y ofrecer un cuidado integral, asegurando una atención de calidad. Las experiencias de cuidado de los estudiantes son de gran utilidad, que dejan grandes enseñanzas, no solo en busca de un fin científico, sino también para determinar la sensibilidad y responsabilidad hacia el sujeto de cuidado. La investigación tuvo como objetivo, describir la experiencia de los estudiantes de enfermería en el cuidado de pacientes hospitalizados con trauma craneoencefálico. Materiales y Método: Investigación cualitativa de carácter fenomenológico. El muestreo se realizó por conveniencia, pertinencia, adecuación, oportunidad y disponibilidad. Se utilizaron como instrumentos la entrevista a profundidad y el diario de campo. Resultados: Se identificaron las categorías: “Me enfrento con la realidad”, “Cuidado integral, es lo que siempre me han inculcado”, “Mi relación con el otro”, “Enseñándole a mi paciente y su familia”, y “La Familia, pilar fundamental”. Conclusiones: La experiencia expresada por los estudiantes generó expectativas inesperadas, pero se aplicaron los conocimientos necesarios para brindar un mejor cuidado individualizado. En cada participante emergió la sensibilidad, lo que le permitió situarse en la posición del otro, comprendiendo la impotencia, frustración y pérdida de control. El proceso de Atención de Enfermería es el esquema necesario para brindar el cuidado integral del paciente.
Objective. To analyze the report of the experience ofthe person with high blood pressure, in light of thetheory proposed by Kristen Swanson, Methods. This was a qualitative research with autobiographicaltype narrative design. To collect and analyze the information, the work used open in-depth interviewwith 12 individuals, participant observation, andfield notes. Results. The study recognized the beliefs,customs, and cultural practices of the person livingwith high blood pressure and identified the care needs.The participants shared their feelings, finding thateach confronts this disease differently and learns tocare for themselves in particular manner. Conclusion.In the analysis of the narratives of the experience ofpeople with high blood pressure, five care processes by Swanson were recognized: maintaining the beliefs, knowing, being with,doing for, and permitting.
