O Sistema Linfático (SL) é constituído por uma rede complexa de órgãos linfóides, ductos e vasos linfáticos, os quais são responsáveis em transportar a linfa para o sistema circulatório. No caso de acúmulo desse líquido, vários processos patológicos podem ocorrer, dentre eles o linfoedema, processo muito comum em pacientes pós- cirúrgicos. Atualmente a drenagem linfática manual é um mecanismo muito usado em pacientes pós- cirúrgico procedimento também muito utilizado em pacientes que fizeram a mastectomia total. A mastectomia é um procedimento cirúrgico realizado em pacientes acometidos por câncer de mama, ela pode ser parcial ou total. O objetivo primordial da DLM é aumentar o auxílio da linfa e a velocidade de condução dos vasos e ductos linfáticos, através de manobras que copiem o bombeamento fisiológico, devido o fluxo linfático estar inadequado ocorrido pela realização da mastectomia. Além de melhorar a circulação da linfa, á o aumento da hidratação e nutrição celular, aceleração na cicatrização de um ferimento, reabsorção de hematomas e equimoses, a redução da retenção de líquido, aumento da imunidade, desintoxicação do organismo, ativação da circulação sanguínea, combate à celulite e relaxamento corporal. Mas para isso, antes de realizar a manobra, é preciso conhecer a anatomia, a fisiologia e a fisiopatologia do sistema vascular linfático e saber como é realizado as manobras da drenagem linfática. Sendo assim, o presente estudo propôs realizar uma revisão integrativa da literatura, a fim de verificar os benefícios da realização da drenagem linfática manual após os pacientes terem sido submetidas à mastectomia parcial ou total.
A ictiose lamelar (LI) é uma doença da queratinização caracterizada pela presença de escamas grandes em todo o corpo sem eritrodermia significativa. O trabalho objetiva realizar uma abordagem integrativa, destacando as intervenções estéticas, que podem atuar diante das alterações cutâneas causadas pela enfermidade. È uma revisão integrativa da literatura, seguindo as etapas, delimitação do tema, critérios de inclusão e exclusão, busca dos materiais, usando os descritores em ciências em saúde, em seguida leitura sucinta de trabalhos e sua redação. Foram encontrados 124 artigos, e somente 37 com publicações entre 2014-2019, porém, utilizou outros períodos, devido à dificuldade de localizar informações referentes à temática. A patologia é rara, pouco discutida, que ocasiona danos físicos e psicológicos. A equipe multidisciplinar é essencial, já que atinge quase todas as áreas de saúde do individuo. A estética atua nas diversas esferas, além de atuar em busca da beleza, também é utilizada como fins terapêuticos.
