К сожалению, на сегодняшний день отсут-ствует единый подход к хирургической коррек-ции данного порока, позволяющий получить хорошие анатомо-функциональные результа-ты, повышающий качество жизни и снижающий инвалидность среди детей [4]. Следует отме-тить, что в отдалённом послеоперационном пе-риоде неудовлетворительные функциональные результаты превышают 60 % [6]. В связи с этим крайне важны исследования, направленные на совершенствование тактики, методик и спосо-бов лечения аноректальной патологии в дет-ском возрасте, в том числе персистирующей клоаки [2, 3, 7, 9, 14].Кроме того, научных работ, в которых изуча-ются отдалённые результаты лечения детей с персистирующей клоакой, крайне мало [5, 7, 8]. Это обусловлено редкостью встречаемости и небольшим количеством больных, проходящих через детские хирургические клиники.Цель исследования: определить оптималь-ный подход в хирургическом лечении детей с персистирующей клоакой и оценить отдаленные результаты лечения пациентов.Материал и методы. За период с 2007 по настоящее время мы располагаем опытом ле-чения 22 пациентов с пороком развития анорек-тальной зоны в виде персистирующей клоаки. Средний возраст детей был 1,2±0,1 года. Все девочки имели нормальный кариотип (46XX). Изолированный порок развития встречался до-вольно редко -у 4 (18,2 %) детей. Наиболее ча-сто наблюдали сочетанную патологию в виде персистирующей клоаки с пороками развития мочевыделительной системы -у 16 (72,7 %) пациентов, сердечно-сосудистой системы -у 9 (40,9 %) детей, опорно-двигательного аппара-та -у 7 (31,8 %) детей.Всем пациентам в периоде новорожден-ности были наложены кишечные стомы раз-личного уровня: двуствольная трансверзосто-ма 9 (40,9 %) детям, сигмостома -12 (54,6 %), илеостома -1 (4,6 %) ребенку.
