La investigación se aborda bajo las perspectivas subjetiva y objetiva a través de un estudio cuantitativo, transversal, exploratorio, descriptivo y correlacional mediante la aplicación del cuestionario CVT-GOHISALO, que consta de 74 ítems aplicado a una muestra depurada de 303 trabajadores de la salud. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que cinco factores determinan la CVL, confirmado a través del análisis del modelo de medida de ecuaciones estructurales, que presenta un buen ajuste de los datos y muestra que existe un efecto directo entre los factores. Las relaciones de mayor incidencia fueron los constructos de seguridad y trabajo, apoyo y reconocimiento institucional respecto de desarrollo e integración. Los factores que inciden sobre la percepción de calidad de vida laboral son recreación y familia, apoyo y reconocimiento institucional, seguridad, bienestar laboral y desarrollo e integración.
Introducción: La visita familiar se convierte en un escenario de aprendizaje significativo para los miembros de los equipos de salud y a la vez en estrategia de impacto social al abordarse desde los determinantes sociales de la salud como aporte a la Atención Primaria en Salud. Objetivo: Analizar la visita familiar desde el enfoque de los determinantes sociales de la salud como aporte para la Atención Primaria en Salud. Materiales y Métodos: El tipo de estudio de caso colectivo se realizó con 3 familias y 13 integrantes de la zona rural dispersa del municipio de Villamaría. El trabajo de campo se realizó entre septiembre/2017 y mayo/2018. Se utilizaron técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas. Como instrumentos se utilizaron la ficha familiar con enfoque de determinantes y guía de preguntas. Para el análisis se destaca la técnica de Bardin. Resultados: Se identificaron las características sociodemográficas donde se describieron los determinantes sociales de la salud mayormente afectados y se realizó la intervención y educación interprofesional basada en los determinantes sociales de la salud (43 actividades), lo cual influyó en la disminución del riesgo de las 3 familias, ubicándolas en riesgo medio. Discusión: se destaca el papel de enfermería en el análisis de los determinantes sociales de la salud durante la visita familiar y la necesidad de abordar los mayormente afectados. Conclusiones: La visita familiar con enfoque de determinantes sociales de la salud, permite comprender las dinámicas familiares en su contexto, teniendo en cuenta las realidades, la historia, los modos de vida y las oportunidades de cambios y emprendimiento de cada una de las familias a las que se les acompaña integralmente. En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio cuantitativo transversal de carácter exploratorio de los docentes, rendimiento académico y evaluación docente, en el área de formación general de una institución privada de educación superior. La información utilizada fue la totalidad de estudiantes y docentes relacionados (3572). Se aplicó el método de componentes principales, agrupando en 6 factores válidos, correlacionados (≥ 0,6) y con un comportamiento KMO aceptable (≥ 0,80) y que explican un 77% de la varianza total, alcanzando un alfa de Cronbach total de 0.801. Entre los hallazgos se determina que la gestión administrativa y eficiencia docente son dimensiones atingente a la evaluación de directores y alumnos. En tanto que, desde la perspectiva del cuerpo docente, los factores con menos peso resultaron ser autoevaluación, cantidad de docentes, edad y ciudad de procedencia. Sin embargo, se observa la necesidad de mejorar el rendimiento académico, mediante la intervención sistemática de los elementos centrales del modelo educativo que combina la transmisión de contenidos como el desarrollo de competencias.
