O presente estudo tem como propósito investigar a influência da música como recurso ergogênico nas aulas coletivas de Jump em academias. Para tanto, contou com uma amostra de 22 indivíduos saudáveis, praticantes de exercícios físicos e que participavam de atividades em que a música era utilizada como um dos elementos principais da aula. Para analise do esforço foram coletadas a frequência cardíaca (FC) e a percepção subjetiva de esforço (E.BORG) em aulas com música (CM) e sem música (SM). Os avaliados completaram duas sessões (CM e SM) de testes, divididas em três etapas: metrônomo 120, metrônomo 140 e metrônomo 160 com execução continua no mini trampolim. As médias dos valores de FC e E.BORG apresentaram uma diferença gradativa no aumento da intensidade e queda na percepção subjetiva de esforço no grupo CM. Conclui-se que a música é um eficiente recurso ergogênico para praticantes de Jump, pois possibilita a diminuição da percepção de esforço e aumento da intensidade em diferentes ritmos motores.
