The efficiency of fuel combustion in power boilers of thermal power plants largely depends on the layout of the burners in the combustion chamber, on their number and unit capacity. An important condition for the efficiency of the selected combustion mode is the absence of a torch surge from the combustion products onto the screen heating surfaces of the furnace. To prevent the formation of large amounts of harmful emissions of nitrogen oxides into the atmosphere, the necessary requirement for burning fuels is to reduce the local values of the flame temperature in the volume of the furnace. The use of powerful burners in power boilers, with a decrease in their number, leads to an increase in the length of the torch and, with their frontal arrangement, gives a torch thrust onto the rear screen. The article presents the results of an experimental trail of the efficiency of gas burning in the direct-flow supercritical boiler TGMP-204HL of the Surgut GRES-2 PJSC UNIPRO when it is operating on 24 burners at various steam loads. The values of the efficiency of boilers, emissions of nitrogen oxides and the distribution of the radiation intensity of combustion products along the height of the furnace are given. Comparison of the obtained results on efficiency and emissions of nitrogen oxides with the data of the TGMP-204HL boiler using 36 burners is carried out.
The subject at hand is the technology of integrated use of secondary combustible and thermal energy resources of oil refining and petrochemicals for power supply and heat supply of industrial and residential urban areas. Currently, combustible secondary energy resources in petrochemicals in through hydrocarbon gases are burned in smokeless flares and technological candles without practical use in the electric and thermal energy industry. In the production of polyethylene, an average of 230 t/h of spent combustible gases is burned in a smokeless flare at an altitude of 105 m with useless dispersion of the resulting heat in the atmosphere. The heat of heated process water during cooling in cooling towers is uselessly dispersed in the atmosphere or leaves with contaminated spillways and non-return condensate into settling tanks without practical useful application. In the construction of new and the energy supply of existing industrial and residential facilities, there is a problem providing them with electric and thermal energy at low prices. The purpose of this study is to develop a technical solution on the technology of integrated use of secondary combustible and thermal energy resources of oil refining and petrochemicals for the electrical and thermal supply of industrial and residential urban areas.
The article presents the results of the analysis of the state and future development of digital technologies in the world market in the retail system. The essence of synergy efficiency interconnected retail development in communication and digital technologies, which can be taken by using valuation techniques that take into account various shapes and direction of the social and economic effect. The value of RTN services will be qualitatively different from the services provided by the mass of trade organizations as a whole. The economic nature of such a difference becomes the already noted differentiation of their composition. The difference between these values at the industry level means, all other things being equal, the presence of a network effect from the activities of the RTN. It is reflected in the increase in the value of the final product-a retail service created as a whole as a result of an increase in the number of consumers. It has been justified that the difference in input prices for a commodity flow forms a network effect. The indicator of a monopoly low buyer's cost is more difficult to calculate. Besides, it is necessary to take into account the economies of scale from reducing the cost of services within the network.
