The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of consumer’s attachment styles as a moderator in the impact of brand personality on its brand attachment. This research investigated the preferred brand personality of anxious and avoidant attachment consumer, their likelihood to be attached to that brand and how they respond to any changes in brand personality. A total of 300 students were surveyed. Their attachment style and their response towards sincere and exciting personality and its brand attachment were assessed. Empirical study shows that anxious attachment style consumer preferred sincere brand personality, tends to be attached with it and did not respond to any changes in brand personality. Avoidant attachment style people on the other hand have a stronger relationship with the exciting brand personality, are not likely to be attached to it and will respond to changes in brand personality. This study implies that marketers should get to know their targeted market’s attachment style prior coming out with the suitable brand personality.
The implementation of effective pedagogy in instructional strategies is an interesting discussion among educationists due to the rapidly transformation in educational context. The aims of this study is to identify the current literature related to effective pedagogy in primary education and highlights its categories in teaching learning situation. The method used in this study is literature approach by reviewing 15 current journal articles in five years, from 2017 to May 2021. The study shows that several characteristics of effective pedagogy still attract the researchers to discuss in their papers during the current five years. The fundamental characteristics of effective pedagogy frequently highlighted in primary education are: classroom management, teachers` competences, instructional strategies, valuable learning, and students` achievement. The conclusion of this study, several current literatures highlight that the effective pedagogy is the general view of teachers to specify their action to carry out the new strategies, approaches, and methods to fostering primary school pupils.
This exploratory study is an attempt to investigate the work-the role of teachers in drug abuse prevention in schools. The drug is one of the forbidden item consumed by human. Nevertheless, students who are still too young got exposed to the drug. Having a good teacher will greatly prevent the students to abuse the drug. Teachers' roles have resulted as the key factor for the prevention of the consumption of drug because students spend most of their quality time at school. This paper is intended to study the possibility of the existence of the role of teachers in drug prevention in schools in Malaysia. A mixed methods research design shall be deployed for the study. A conceptual framework with factors such as teaching competency, teachers' self-efficacy, the teaching-learning process in the classroom, and school environment.
