Preschool children are children aged 36-72 months who have their own characteristics in terms of growth and development. Every child experiences growth and development differently. Usually growth and development in preschool children is a problem that usually occurs in fine motor development. Management of smooth motor development in preschool children can be done by providing educational games such as puzzles. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of playing puzzles on smooth motor skills in children aged 5-6 years at Kumara Canthi Kindergarten Singaraja. Pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest design . The population used in this study were children aged 5-6 years in TK Kumara Canthi Singaraja. The sample size used was 34 respondents who were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using Denver II and SOP puzzle. This shows that there is an Influence of Playing Puzzles on Subtle Motoric Development in Children Aged 5-6 Years in TK Kumara Canthi Singaraja.
Setiap manusia akan menghadapi kematian, dan beberapa pasien dapat mengalami kondisi kritis saat sakit sebelum meninggal. Perawat adalah tenaga medis profesional yang diharapkan mampu merawat kondisi kritis pasien. Diperlukan kajian pengalaman perawat dalam menghadapi kondisi kritis pasien agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis artikel yang menjelaskan tentang pengalaman perawat dalam menangani pasien sekarat. Sebuah tinjauan pustaka dilakukan dengan mencari artikel dari database PubMed dan EBSCO (menggunakan kata kunci "sekarat DAN perawat DAN pengalaman"). Dalam database PubMed ditemukan 563 artikel, dan di EBSCO ditemukan 1.632 artikel. Dari semua database tersebut, hanya 10 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil review artikel menemukan bahwa pengalaman perawat dalam merawat pasien sekarat memberi kesan bahwa perawat memiliki empati yang lebih dan memberikan dorongan moral kontekstual bagi pasien dan keluarganya. Perawat juga perlu mempersiapkan diri dengan pengetahuan tentang akhir hayat.Every human will face death, and some patients can experience a critical condition during illness before death. Nurses are medical professionals who are expected to be able to care for a patient's critical condition. Studying experiences of nurses in dealing with a patient's critical condition is needed so that they can improve their services. This study aims to analyze articles that explain about nurses' experiences in dealing with dying patients. A literature review was conducted by searching articles from the PubMed and EBSCO databases (using keywords "dying AND nurse AND experience"). In the PubMed databases were found 563 articles, and in the EBSCO were found 1,632 articles. From the all the databases, only 10 articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results of the article reviews found that the experiences of nurses in caring for dying patients suggest nurses to have more empathy and to provide contextual moral encouragement for patients and their families. Nurses also need to prepare themselves with knowledge about end of life.
This study aims to determine the experience of a single parent in caring for preschool-aged children (6 years) in the District of Buleleng. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study used in-depth interviews using collaizi analysis, which resulted in 3 themes: the causes of single parenting, the obstacles experienced after becoming a single parent, and the impact of single parents in parenting. In conclusion, the results of this study for single parents can increase knowledge about the struggles of a single parent. Keywords: Children, Experience, Parenting, Single Parent
Background: Pregnancy with less than 20 years of age is an important problem because it belongs to the high risk group. This is related to the increased risk of maternal complications during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as in the perinatal. From the preliminary study, the incidence of maternity mothers aged less than 20 years old at Buleleng Regency Hospital in 2021 was 7.3%. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to look at the picture of childbirth in mothers less than 20 years old. Method: This study used descriptive methods with a sample of all babies born to maternity mothers aged less than 20 years at Buleleng Regency Hospital for the period September - December 2021 as many as 236 study subjects. Results: The results of this study obtained an average maternal age of 17.2 years, an average gestational age of 36.9 weeks, an average birth weight of 2791.2 grams, a 1 minute 72% normal Apgar score, a 5-minute Apgar score of 76.7% normal, no incidence of congenital abnormalities, a stillbirth event of 4.2%, the distribution of events based on maternal age is more found in the mother's age is more found in the mother group aged 16-19 years. Conclusion: There are still many pregnancies in mothers less than 20 years old, there is no incidence of congenital abnormalities, still the incidence of stillbirth.
Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sangat mempengaruhi kondisi ibu hamil terutama saat akan menghadapi persalinan. Meningkatnya kasus ibu hamil terkonfirmasi Covid-19 di sejumlah kota besar di Indonesia dalam keadaan yang berat (severe case). Perhatian dan dukungan dari orang-orang terdekat terutama suami sangat membantu dalam mengatasi kecemasan yang dialami ibu hamil begitu pula akan dampak buruk dari sikap ibu hamil yang cemas akan memicu terjadinya rangsangan kontraksi rahim, preeklamsi dan keguguran. Kegiatan edukasi pemberdayaan suami dalam mendukung ibu hamil menghadapi persalinan dilakukan di Puskesmas Gerokgak 1. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 orang suami dimana mereka diberikan edukasi/penyuluhan terkait hal tersebut. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan, responden diminta untuk mengisi pretest dan posttest yang terdiri dari 25 pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan dukungan suami. Kegiatan ini berhasil dilakukan karena terdapat peningkatan pemahaman suami yang signifikan mengenai pentingnya dukungan suami dalam menghadapi persalinan. Kegiatan seperti ini sebaiknya terus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk menjamin kesiapan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan.
