Indonesian citizens who use motorized vehicles are increasing every year. Every motorcyclist in Indonesia must wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle. Even though there are rules that require motorbike riders to wear helmets, there are still many motorists who disobey the rules. To overcome this, police officers have carried out various operations (such as traffic operation, warning, etc.). This is not effective because of the number of police officers available, and the probability of police officers make a mistake when detecting violations that might be caused due to fatigue. This study asks the system to detect motorcyclists who do not wear helmets through a surveillance camera. Referring to this reason, the Circular Hough Transform (CHT), Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) are used. Testing was done by using images taken from surveillance cameras divided into 200 training data and 40 testing data obtained an accuracy rate of 82.5%.
Infrastructure Section, Information and Communication Technology Development Division, South Tangerang City Communication and Information Office, one of the main tasks and functions is to provide services and management of internet network infrastructure for all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in South Tangerang City. The implementation of the Infrastructure Section is constrained by the problem of employee competence that has not reached the standard in internet network management and service, from these problems the researcher intends to evaluate governance using the COBIT 5 framework and ISO/IEC 38500 with recommendations for improvement in the Infrastructure Section. This study uses PAM (Process Assessment Model) with the Guttman scale to determine the results and level of capability. The use of COBIT 5 in this research will focus on the domain of EDM (Evaluate Direct Monitor) point 04, Ensure Resource Management and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate and Assessment) point 01, Performance and Conformance. The results and the level of capability obtained during the research were level 2 Managed Process with a value of 2.46 with a gap of 0.54. The level expected by the Infrastructure Section is at level 3 Established Process with a value of 3.00. Recommendations for achieving Level 3 are used ISO/IEC 38500.
This observation targets to research the effect of service quality and website quality on Gojek online transportation provider purchasers’ happiness in the new normal. The approach used in this have a look at is causal studies. The sample included 100 Gojek internet users from Tangerang town, Banten Province. Purposive sampling was utilized in this examination. Pada masa pandemi COVID 19, sekolah diwajibkan untuk mematuhi aturan belajar dalam jaringan (daring). Tujuannya adalah untuk memutus mata rantai covid-19 dengan menjaga jarak (physical distancing). Situasi pandemi membuat guru dan pemerintah terus berupaya memberikan yang terbaik dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaraan kepada siswa secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektifitas pembelajaran trigonometri di kelas X melalui whatsapp group pada masa pandemi. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas X IPA 1 di SMAN 3 Rejang Lebong. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan anlisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data mengunakan statistic deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses pembelajaran matematika menggunakan whatsapp group yaitu keterbatasan jaringan internet bagi siswa yang bertempat tinggal jauh dari perkotaan dan beberapa siswa yang merasa terbebani dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kuota internet. Selain itu, diperlukan bimbingan dan respons langsung (realtime response) dari guru agar dapat membantu siswa memahami materi pada saat pembelajaran melalui Whatsapp group.
