Human resources are believed the primary sources of building advanced technological enterprises in today's world. Improving productivity in human resources plays essential role on empowering employees. The proposed model of this paper uses a hybrid of Burda and DEMATEL to find important factors for improving manpower productivity. The proposed model of this paper uses DEMATEL technique to find cause and effect factors and propose a linear programming technique to find important factors influencing productivity improvement. The results of our survey indicate that job enrichment, service training and job enlargement and quality of work life and training embedded are among the most important factors improving manpower productivity promotion.
Social influences on suicidal behaviors may be important but are less frequently studied than the influences of mental illness, physical illness, and demographic variables. Major international sporting events may have an impact on suicidal behaviors at the national and local level, an effect possibly mediated by gender and age. We examined the association of hospital-treated deliberate self-poisoning episodes (by gender and by age) in Tehran: before, during, and after the 2014 FIFA World Cup held in Brazil, in which the Iranian national team participated and was eliminated after the pool games. We used a time series analysis within an autoregressive integrated moving average model and found a significant increase in hospital-treated deliberate self-poisoning during the 4-week period of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil in females but a nonsignificant increase in males. A significant increase was also seen in the youngest age group (12-20 years), but not in the two older age groups. If the effects of nonsuccess at major international sporting events could be shown to have a potential harmful effect on aggregate local or national rates of suicidal behaviors, the possibility of preventative interventions and preemptive additional service provision could be planned in advance of these events.
Background & Objectives: In the present study role of assertiveness training on selfesteem and loneliness was examined in female students with addicted parents. Material & Methods: The method of this study was experimental and design of study was pretest-post-test with control group. The population of this study consisted of female students with addicted parents who were studying in Bojnurd middle schools between 2012-2013. Sixty cases were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Self-esteem and loneliness of subjects in both pre-test and post-test were evaluated. Assertiveness skills were applied as the independent variable on the experimental group (8 sessions of 90 minutes). Results: The results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. This means that assertiveness skill training caused significant changes in mean scores for self-esteem and loneliness of the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: Assertiveness skills can be a useful intervention for addicted parent's students with self-esteem and loneliness problems.
Studies relevant to measuring graduated students attitudes have been commenced for a while, these studies have been conducted for their employment, because nowadays employment and unemployment are the most important issues that engaged governments. Generally, purpose of this study is measuring attitude of agriculture students toward working in rural areas. For acquiring at a questionnaire method had been used. Statistical population is all male and female agricnecessary dulture students of Kordestan University, in which, 100 persons of them were selected randomly as statistical sample. Average, Mode and medial, Pierson correlation coefficients, Spearman, Kendall tau-b and Phi coefficients indicators had been used for data analyzing. Obtained results of this study suggested that agriculture students have a moderate interest about working in rural areas and this attitude is greater among students that are resident in rural areas.
therapeutic regimen, though Rituximab has shown possible benefit. Male sex and GFR <45 are poor prognostic markers. There have been sporadic cases of spontaneous improvement in fibrillary GN, but those cases typically had better prognostic signs from the outset (no AKI or crescents in the biopsy). This case describes a rare report of crescentic fibrillary GN with spontaneous improvement in renal function. Further research into the association of infections and fibrillary GN is called for.No conflict of interest
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
