Objetivo: conhecer a tendência da produção científica brasileira sobre burnout em trabalhadores de enfermagem no ambiente hospitalar. Método: Revisão narrativa com busca sistemática de teses e dissertações; realizada no período entre setembro de 2020 e março de 2021, a partir do Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), com a combinação das palavras-chaves: “burnout AND "hospital" AND enfermagem”. Resultados: Foram incluídos 37 estudos, entre os anos de 2005 e 2019; evidenciaram-se três categorias temáticas: burnout e organização do trabalho, fatores associados ao burnout e estratégias e ações para prevenir o burnout. Observou-se que existem fatores correlacionados ente o burnout, a enfermagem e o ambiente hospitalar destacando-se entre eles, a baixa realização no trabalho, a exaustão profissional e o clima ético negativo; que investir. Conclusão/Considerações Finais: investir na prática de enfermagem em ambientes de trabalho éticos e positivos contribuirá na melhoria da qualidade da assistência de enfermagem e na redução de doenças laborais, como o burnout.
Objectives: to analyze association between burnout and sociodemographic and occupational features of military nursing workers. Methods: a cross-sectional study, developed in five military hospitals of the Army of Rio Grande do Sul State, among 167 workers from military nursing from December 2015 to May 2016. Sociodemographic and occupational questionnaires and the Maslach Burnout Inventory were applied. For the analysis, it was used descriptive statistics, Chi-Square Test and Poisson Regression. Results: the majority of participants were female; temporary military personnel, nursing technicians, with a median age of 34 years old. Burnout was related to the variables: Military Health Organization, time of practice in military nursing and accomplishment of leisure activities. Conclusions: burnout assessment may contribute to the Brazilian Army Command in organizing plans for prevention and handling of occupational diseases in military nursing, improving quality of life at work.
RESUMOObjetivo: investigar a satisfação profissional dos trabalhadores de enfermagem de um serviço de hemato-oncologia. Método: estudo quantitativo, transversal, com 46 trabalhadores de enfermagem de um serviço de hemato-oncologia. Utilizou-se questionário sociodemográfico e laboral e o Índice de Satisfação Profissional. Realizou-se análise descritiva dos dados. Resultados: evidenciou-se que 80,4% dos trabalhadores referem possuir participação suficiente no planejamento da assistência; 76,1% afirmaram que existe cooperação com a equipe médica e 93,5% concordaram que existe ajuda entre a equipe de enfermagem. Conclusão: ressalta-se a importância de se observar as necessidades dos trabalhadores para realização de suas atividades de forma qualificada e satisfatória. Objetivo: verificar a prevalência de burnout em militares de enfermagem de Hospitais Militares do Exército Brasileiro do Rio Grande do Sul. Método: estudo transversal, desenvolvido em cinco hospitais militares, no período de dezembro de 2015 a maio de 2016, com 167 militares de enfermagem. Foram aplicados um questionário de caracterização sociodemográfica e laboral e o Maslach Burnout Inventory. Resultados: observou-se prevalência de burnout de 13,8% nos militares de enfermagem participantes da pesquisa, sendo 2,4% em enfermeiros e 11,4% em técnicos de enfermagem. Conclusões: o burnout também está presente entre os militares de enfermagem do Exército Brasileiro, portanto, medidas de promoção da saúde dos trabalhadores se fazem essenciais para constituição de ambientes de trabalho saudáveis e satisfatórios à realização do cuidado de enfermagem.
