In order to to support physical distancing activities in the teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic, an appropriate and effective learning model to fit the learning objectives must be developed. The CBE (Contextual Based on E-learning) learning model, developed from the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) model, was integrated with e-learning. This CTL learning model was chosen because this model is an innovative learning model where the process can assist students to connect learning with the context of their lives. This study aims to describe the model's effectiveness which was measured based on three aspects, namely: a) significant difference between students’ achievement in CBE model compared to that in traditional model; b) The effectiveness of CBE syntax in learning; c) Students’ perception on the new CBE model. This study is quantitative research with quasi experimental method. The results of the CBE model showed that the CBE model is significantly effective in improving students' abilities. Therefore, it can be concluded that the CBE model is proven to be effective to be implemented as new teaching model in online learning. The implication of this research is to contribute to new existing knowledge for education, and computer science and to add references to new online-based models. The limitation of this research is the effectiveness of this model described the cognitive knowledge trough students’ learning outcomes.
AbstrakMencuci tangan dengan menggunakan sabun adalah salah satu cara untuk membiasakan anak-anak untuk memiliki gaya hidup bersih yang sehat. Akan tetapi masih banyak orang tua yang masih belum mengajarkan anak-anaknya bagaimana pentingnya mencuci tangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keterampilan cuci tangan pada anak kelas IV dan V SDN 179 Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi kelas IV dan V SDN 179 Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 yang diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Penelitian Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan 24 pertanyaan. Analisis data menggunakan uji bivariat chisquare dan fisher exact. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian peran guru berhubungan dengan keterampilan cuci tangan dengan Pvalue = 0,029 sementara itu dukungan teman sebaya, peran orang tua, dan peran petugas kesehatan tidak berhubungan keterampilan cuci tangan pada anak (Pvalue > 0,05). Diharapkan kepada pihak guru untuk meningkatkan kukungan kepada anak dalam meningkatkan keterampilan cuci tangan pada anak di sekolah.Kata kunci : Dukungan teman sebaya, peran orang tua, peran petugas kesehatan, peran guru, keterampilan mencuci tangan pada anak. AbstractHand washing by using soap is one of the way to habituate the children to having a healthy clean lifestyle. But, there are many parents still not training their children about hand washing. This research purpose was to knew the related factors with hand washing skills in children in 4 th and 5 th grade of SDN 179 in Rumbai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru. This was a quantitative study by using a correlation design with cross sectional approach. The population were students in 4 th and 5 th grade of SDN 179 Rumbai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru. The sample were 40 which taken by stratified random sampling. The instrument was used questionnaire with 24 questions and data analyzed used bivariate with chi-square test and fisher exact. The result showed that teacher's role related to children hand washing skill's P value = 0.029. Meanwhile, peers support, parent's role, and health officer role were not related to children hand washing skill's (P value > 0.05). It is recommended to the teacher to improving their support to children in order to children hand washing skill's in their school.
Based on the data obtained from the nursing committee, it was found that the credentialing process for nursing staff at the Dumai City Hospital has only been carried out on 1 (one) clinical nurse, the implementation of credentials for the level above has not been carried out. This is not in accordance with PMK Number 49 of 2013 and PMK Number 40 of 2017 which explains that the nursing committee has a central role in conducting the credentialing process for new nursing staff, re-credentialing in accordance with a predetermined time maximum once every 3 years. This study aims to analyze the role of the nursing committee in the implementation of nursing credentials in Dumai City Hospital. This research is a qualitative type with a RAP (Rapid Assessment Procedure) design which was carried out in May-July 2022. The key informants in this study were the Director of the Dumai City Hospital, the Main Informant, the chairman of the nursing committee, the credential subcommittee, bestari partners, nurses and supporting informants. head of nursing and secretary of the nursing committee. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation, document review and FGD which were processed by triangulation, and questionnaires were obtained using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of the research found that out of 6 (six) there were 2 (two) committee roles that had not been optimally carried out, namely rearranging clinical authority and white papers and re-credentialing for old nursing staff.
Pendahuluan: Salah satu terapi terhadap penderita gagal ginjal kronik yaitu hemodialisis. Hemodialisis bertujuan untuk mengeliminasi sisa-sisa produk metabolisme atau protein dan sebagai koreksi gangguan keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit. Tindakan dialisis ini juga dapat menyebabkan komplikasi, diantaranya yaitu mempengaruhi status gizi pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa. Beberapa pasien mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan asupan nutrisi, namun mereka tidak mendapatkan pemahaman tentang bagaimana strategi yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan diet nutrisi sehingga strategi yang perlu dilakukan adalah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan booklet mengenai diet nutrisi untuk pasien hemodialisis. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan dengan media booklet tentang diet nutrisi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap pasien hemodialisa di RSUD DR. RM. Pratomo Bagansiapiapi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre eksperimen design berupa rancangan “pretest-posttest with one group design”. Jumlah Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 27 responden. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil dari uji T-test dependent diperoleh p value (o,000) untuk variable pengetahuan dan sikap lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi kesehatan dengan media booklet tentang diet nutrisi pasien hemodialisa.
