At present marketing and sales of UMKM products in Tembilahan are still done by manually or through broadcast messages and waiting for visitors to come to the store. This method is not optimal in delivering information because the promotion does not reach people who are far from the location of the store. Today's social media is a very popular tool and is in demand by UMKM players, one of which is Facebook in which there is a marketplace feature that can reach promotions and sales that do not know space and time. This study aims to find out and analyze the Facebook marketing communication strategy used by Gadisty Screen Printing Tembilahan includes planning and the results of its implementation in increasing sales in each branch. The method used is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Research was carried out in Tembilahan, data was analyzed using Miles & Huberman models. The results showed Facebook accommodated the components that existed in marketing communication strategies such as providing consumer data to validate segmentation, targeting, and positioning as well as research material in determining the production of Facebook marketing content. Marketing strategies are executed on Facebook FanPage, Personal and Group accounts. The three main components of Facebook marketing running marketing mixes such as advertising, sales promotions, private sales, direct marketing, public relations and publicity. Popular marketing content on Facebook is the characteristics of Cover / Soft Selling and Video.

Globalisasi menjadi tantangan bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk terus bertahan dimasa pendemik covid-19 ini. Teknologi Informasi terutama media sosial seperti Facebook, instagram, dan lainya menawarkan manfaat bagi UMKM Desa Rumbai Jaya untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk olahanya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menentukan produk unggulan dan profil bisnis UMKM, merumuskan komponen penunjang sosial media bagi UMKM, meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai strategi bisnis dan pemasaran berbasis teknologi dan informasi melalui pengembangan sosial media, dan memberikan strategi usaha yang berkelanjutan bagi UMKM melalui penerapan sosial media. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini yaitu Tahap Persiapan, persiapan Tim PKM berupa pemantauan sosial media UMKM didesa rumbai jaya, persiapan sarana dan prasarana serta alat pendukung yang digunakan dalam proses pelatihan. Sosialisasi, program akan dilaksanakan oleh tim PKM dan akan dibantu oleh beberapa orang mahasiswa serta pelaku UMKM di desa rumbai jaya. Pada sosialisasi ini akan diberikan beberapa materi dan praktek sebagai berikut bagaimana cara bijak dalam memanfaatkan social media bagi UMKM, cara menggunakan sosial media, menjaga sosial media, cara marketing di sosial media dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sosial marketing. Hasil dari pengabdian ini masyarakat desa rumbai jasa sangat senang dan lebih paham dalam menggunakan sosial media sebagai alat mempromosikan produk olahan di masa pendemi covid-19 ini. Meraka juga yakin bahwa dengan adanya sosial media ini akan meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan membantu meningkatnya pendapatan penjualan meraka.

Regional/Village Apparatus. To overcome these problems, a software development process is needed in the form of a Legal Aid Consultation Service System. The processes carried out are literature study, identification of needs, design or design, implementation or coding, testing or testing. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, while the analytical method used is the PIECES method which can be a reference in building a Legal Aid Consultation Service System at the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The modeling system used is a web-based UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and Mysql database. As for software testing using blackbox testing, white box testing and questionnaire testing. With the Legal Aid Consultation Service System, it will be able to assist and facilitate Regional/Village Apparatuses in Indragiri Hilir Regency to carry out the Legal Consultation process through the System as well as for the Legal Aid Sub Division at the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Indragiri Hilir Regency, it will be easy to search for consultation data recaps. carried out by the Regional/Village Apparatus in Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Program ini sendiri memiliki empat pilar mendasar yaitu Etika Digital, Budaya Digital, Keterampilan Digital, dan Keamanan Digital. Etika digital berarti kemampuan individu dalam menyadari, menyesuaikan diri dan menerapkan etika digital atau netiquet dalam saat berselancar di dunia digital. Budaya digital merupakan hasil kreasi dan karya manusia yang berbasis teknologi internet. Keterampilan digital berarti kemampuan untuk secara efektif, mengevaluasi dan membuat informasi dengan menggunakan berbagai teknologi digital.
