Monitoring of the somniferous component of agrophytocenosis makes it possible to increase the efficiency of regulating the number of weed plants and provides a reduction in the pesticide load in the weed control system. The purpose of the study is to examine the dynamics of the number of weed plants, species composition, establish dominant families and the most common species in the conditions of the forest-steppe of the Chechen Republic. The research was carried out on the basis of Sirius LLC in 2016-2017 in the forest-steppe zone of the Chechen Republic. The soil of the research site is leached chernozem. Methodical instructions were used to record and map the infestation of fields, perennial plantations and pastures. When examining the territory of LLC Sirius, we identified species of weeds with a total number of about 80 species, most of which are angiosperms -92.5 %. An estimate of the floristic composition of the somniferous component in terms of life expectancy has shown that the prevalence of juvenile species is 68.2 % (59 species), perennial species 31.0 % (27 species) of the total number of weed plants. The representatives of a number of families prevail: astrocystic and meadowlike (20 % each)...
The possibilities of using bio-indication methods in assessing urban soils in Grozny have been studied. The study was carried out according to the methodology for assessing the total phytotoxicity of the Parker C. soil in the period 2016 – 2019. Soil samples were taken layer by layer on the territory of Grozny. It has been established that herbaceous plants, as a part of the biological resource of an urban area, are quite sensitive to environmental pollution, which is determined by different levels of development of the territory. This is manifested in the form of a slowdown in the growth of both the aboveground and underground parts of plants. Statistical analysis showed the presence of an inverse correlation between the level of development of the territory and the germination of seeds of indicator plants.
