Solid lipid nanoparticles of a water soluble drug, ciprofloxacin hydrochloride

Abstract: The aim of this study was to understand and investigate the relationship between experimental factors and their responses in the preparation of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride based solid lipid nanoparticles. A quadratic relationship was studied by developing central composite rotatable design.
